Sound was the problem for our visit- it started with a false fire alarm the minute we arrived, followed by a whole night of kids running in the halls and jumping up and down in the room above us, and throughout it all, the sound of airplanes from the nearby airport. "Motel gives incorrect information"
I booked two rooms with king beds through Expedia. The room occupied by my guests was only a queen and I did not know this until the morning after our stay. I told the front desk this and the first person told me it was also a king bed, while the second person said that it was a queen but the computer showed it to be a king. I expected some sort of […] discount for the mistake but they told me that since it was booked through Expedia and paid in advance that they could do nothing about it. The motel did give me a voucher for a free room at that motel for my future use. The only problem is that I probably won't be in that area needing a motel in the future- so the voucher is useless. The motel needs to get their act together and the computer should reflect what rooms they have to rent. They make Expedia look bad and they take advantage of the customer.
