"Works for quick overnight"

I was very displeased with my stay. The only reason I chose this place is because of the indoor pool and hot tub. After reading other reviews stating that the hot tub was out in December I called to verify that in fact it did work. I also reconfirmed upon checking in that I would be able to enjoy this amenity that evening. I was very disappointed when I learned that the hot tub did not work and was told the next morning that they were going to remove it. If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is: I had my wife and 5 kids with me so I booked rooms at this hotel at a great price with a great customer rating. Room was reserved for 4 adults and 3 kids (since there was no 2-adults-and-5-kids option). Construction on first floor a mess. First morning we awoke to someone pounding what sounded like was nails in a wall. That evening got back to hotel and our card would not open the door. After we got to room they did not leave Any towels in bathroom, not even a hand towel. Called desk, they said they would send up right away. When I reserved our room I had specifically reserved non smoking. I have a toddler and always make sure she isn't around smoke. When I checked in he told me it was a smoking room. Great first stay at this hotel. Room and hotel in general were very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Indoor pool was a plus since we have 2 young boys. I stayed at this hotel with my family to celebrate my granddaughter's 3rd birthday. It was the closest one close to Grapevine Mills that had an indoor pool and was reasonably priced.
