The staff was friendly and room clean. However, everything seemed to be at the bare minimum. For example, the hallways were not air conditioned (or it was not on), the sheets were thread bare, the 'breakfast' was to go to 10:00, but by 9:30 there was 1 bagel, a few danish......there are 3 pillows on a queen bed versus 4....The beds were hard and the […] box spring was bare. we are not overly picky when it comes to hotels but we were really dissapointed in this one.The carpet in the room was dirty,the mattresses were really old,there was a lack of hot water and water pressure.the breakfast was skimpy.I won't be staying there again.

First of all, it was hard to locate since they don't have a sign in front. They changed the name of the hotel! When we called to find out where it was, the staff never told us it was now Quality Inn, we had to find out when we checked in! The walls were very thin, we heard a lot of noise and the room was not that clean. The clock radio went off at […] 3 in the morning and it was hard to turn off in the middle of the night. I know someone else set the alarm, but this is really annoying when that happens. Also, the mattress was hard and the blankets weren't that great. It didn't smell clean in the room. The free breakfast was supposedly available for 4 hrs in the morning. With an hour left before the reported end of the free breakfast, my wife and I went down for breakfast and there was nothing left. The only thing left was three dispensers filled with cereal (but there was no milk) and some waffle batter for the waffle maker (but no syrup). The Hotel was a Awesome. Location is great right off the I-55 very quiet area, peaceful place to stay and sleep in. Clean room a bit small but just perfect. Many restaurants stores up the street. The kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was ok. Friendly staff, We will stay here again.

We stayed 4 nights and we had our dog with us. We were very pleased. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was always more than you needed and well stocked. We plan to stay there every time we go to Chicago. The hotel is very convenient, right off the expressway.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff! The continental breakfast was great and the pool and lobby were beautiful. The only complaint I have is the beds were not as comfy as I would have liked, but definitely not horrible. Great location with lots around to do. I would definitely stay there again!

We stayed here to be near Chicago but have free parking, a pool, and free breakfast. I wanted to stay downtown Chicago, but no reasonable priced hotel with a pool was available. When we checked in, our children were ready to use the pool. The water was freezing! My children couldn't get in past their waist and actually volunteered to get out and go […] back to their room! This was the most anticipated part of their vacation and they were devastated! They have swam in cold water before and always get used to it, but this was too much. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The set up of the hotel was pretty and comfortable and the breakfast was really nice, as it included everything from waffles to breakfast sandwiches. They have a 24-hour coffee and cookies available. light bulbs are very low, could not see using the vanity. It was like putting make up on in a closet with a 25watt bulb. Same problem with bathroom light. Put in brighter bulbs!

Foyer is lovely, and breakfast is adequate. Hotel has some maintenance issues as door knobs were coming off and the toilet seat was damaged from a prior rude guest urinating on it. The hotel was quick to remedy the problems, though. The pool and jacuzzi area are very nice. Despite the maintenance issues, I would go back.

I wanted to stay outside of Chicago because of hotel prices and this was perfectly priced and only a 30 min drive into the city. I live too far away from Chicago and wanted to make it to the Bears game the next morning so this hotel was perfect...got to sleep in and then head to the game!

very clean and at good location. Very good price. Strongly recommand! staff is friendly. 2 nits: 1) due to traffic jam in Chicago, it usually take 1.5 hours to get to downtown; 2) printer and computer provided by the hotel, but they are kind of old.
