This had to be the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel. At 5 am we get a call from the front desk asking if our alarm was going off in our room, I tell her no and go back to sleep. Then at 5:15 am Marlene the front desk clerk calls back to my room yelling at me that she knew there was an alarm going off in the room because she was next door […] and could hear it. I tell her the only noise was the a/c unit and te phone ringing which she proceeds to yell that she knew the phone was ringing she was the one calling. In the middle of trying to tell her there was nothing else in the room she hangs up the phone. My husband went to the front desk and told her to stop calling, however by then we are wide awake. So at 7 am we go to have breakfast where she starts yelling again. I spoke with the owner that morning, he laughs at the stituation and tells me the noise I was accused of making was the water pipes in the hotel. No apology or anything. And did I mention we were there on our honeymoon. Read more

I was very pleased with the stay . The room was very nice, clean extras of everything already in the room. Staff was very friendly and check in and check out was a breeze. Just wish there had been an indoor pool as there was no where to swim because of the time of year we went.

The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The price was cheaper than most hotels in the area or closer to the casinos. This hotel also had a variety of breakfast items. Thank you to the hotel staff for being so great to us. It was a very pleasant stay.

Shower had little water pressure. Pillows were horrible. Woke up with neck ache. TV could be higher so that when laying in bed, feet are not in view.

The staff was the friendliest we've encountered in a while. Upon checkin, the manager offered us cookies, gave us coupons for dinner, and informed us about breakfast daily and the area. The room was lovely and the property was clean and quiet.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I checked in late and there were no issues. I had a lovely room. All the rooms have microwaves and mini fridges which is nice. I brought some of my own snacks and drinks, so it was nice to have a micro for my popcorn and fridge for my drinks. The bed was really comfortable, very soft and I slept very well. In addition to the make your own waffles and continental breakfast options, there was french toast sticks, sausage, oatmeal with raisins and brown sugar to add in, and eggs. I do have to say I was not impressed with the eggs. They definitely tasted like they were powdered or something, but they were not good. Though it did not affect me, I did notice that there was some rusting of metal slats that hold the ceiling tiles in place in my bathroom. It looks like there might have been a water leak at some point also because there was a bit of discoloration on the wall in one area however I did not see any mold. It was nice we have stayed there before but r some reason the room we stayed in down stairs was much nicer in side than the one they gave us this time up stairs. It had rust and cracks all in the bathroom! Other than that everything was great especially the lady up front DeDe she was so sweet and helpful.

This hotel was nice for the price. The rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are too. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite and that was wonderfully relaxing. The beds are a little hard and they really need to be updated. The room was clean and all the linens were clean. The staff was very friendly.

Hotel was clean and neat, daytime staff pleasant and friendly. Pool was dirty and hadn't been cleaned. Even though the hotel has a no pet and no smoking policy, the hotel had a stale smell. Great hotel. Even though i was supposed to get a king size bed..and they couldnt see it on their paperwork. A little noisy with kids slamming doors and such..but called the desk...and they called all the rooms around us and it was quite the rest of the night. I have stayed here a few times in the past. The room was fine although basboards showed some wear and tear. However, breakfast was cold and we had to ask for plates. The lady taking care of breakfast was also running the front desk. She was spread too thin.

Enjoyed almost all aspects of my stay. My only complaints would have to be the extra firm matress and slow speed internet. But everything else was great. Had both microwave and refridgerator in the suite, therefore, I wasn't forced into going out to eat each night. Also, there was access to the back of the television which meant I could use my own entertainment […] (i.e. Xbox or DVD player). Although the internest speed was rather slow, it was free.
