Very surprised at the quality of the hotel from the front desk to the rooms. Breakfast was okay, because it was slow to refill, but I know someone did not come to work and prep was not ready at start of the day. I would have rather had bacon instead of sausage. I had a dry waffle and coffee, but it satisfied me.

This had to be the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel. At 5 am we get a call from the front desk asking if our alarm was going off in our room, I tell her no and go back to sleep. Then at 5:15 am Marlene the front desk clerk calls back to my room yelling at me that she knew there was an alarm going off in the room because she was next door […] and could hear it. I tell her the only noise was the a/c unit and te phone ringing which she proceeds to yell that she knew the phone was ringing she was the one calling. In the middle of trying to tell her there was nothing else in the room she hangs up the phone. My husband went to the front desk and told her to stop calling, however by then we are wide awake. So at 7 am we go to have breakfast where she starts yelling again. I spoke with the owner that morning, he laughs at the stituation and tells me the noise I was accused of making was the water pipes in the hotel. No apology or anything. I was very pleased with the stay . The room was very nice, clean extras of everything already in the room. Staff was very friendly and check in and check out was a breeze. Just wish there had been an indoor pool as there was no where to swim because of the time of year we went.

Country Inn and Suites is an excellent hotel chain. The rooms are comfortable. Everything is spotless. Staff is friendly. Sitting area had a fire going in the fireplace. Cookies available on arrival.

The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The price was cheaper than most hotels in the area or closer to the casinos. This hotel also had a variety of breakfast items. Thank you to the hotel staff for being so great to us. It was a very pleasant stay.

Shower had little water pressure. Pillows were horrible. Woke up with neck ache. TV could be higher so that when laying in bed, feet are not in view.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I checked in late and there were no issues. I had a lovely room. All the rooms have microwaves and mini fridges which is nice. In addition to the make your own waffles and continental breakfast options, there was french toast sticks, sausage, oatmeal with raisins and brown sugar to add in, and eggs. I do have to say I was not impressed with the eggs. They definitely tasted like they were powdered or something, but they were not good. Though it did not affect me, I did notice that there was some rusting of metal slats that hold the ceiling tiles in place in my bathroom. It looks like there might have been a water leak at some point also because there was a bit of discoloration on the wall in one area however I did not see any mold. It was nice we have stayed there before but r some reason the room we stayed in down stairs was much nicer in side than the one they gave us this time up stairs. It had rust and cracks all in the bathroom! Other than that everything was great especially the lady up front DeDe she was so sweet and helpful.

Very friendly staff.. the hotel was in OK condition. The location had pluses and minuses..close to things..but also close to the interstate and busy roads. Quite good for an overnight stay. The complimentary breakfast was very good!

Great hotel. Even though i was supposed to get a king size bed..and they couldnt see it on their paperwork. A little noisy with kids slamming doors and such..but called the desk...and they called all the rooms around us and it was quite the rest of the night. I have stayed here a few times in the past.
