      We had an amazing stay at Hotel Chocolat! We loved our beautiful room with a view of the Pitons every morning! The food was incredible and the chef infuses chocolate in many of the recipes. We only worried that we would not be there long enough to try all of the entrees. The staff was so friendly and we really enjoyed touring the chocolate plantation and making our own chocolate!

      We stayed at juliettes the first night of a seven night stay in st lucia before heading to a large resort. The staff was friendly and helped us find a good taxi driver who took us to a great local restaurant on the nearby beach. It was very different from the resort but we remember the experience fondly and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a modest place to stay and see the real st lucia!

      This hotel was recently acquired by a new owner, who will need to invest a bit to upgrade some of the facility. However, if you are seeking a hotel where the people who staff it are the best, this is your hotel. Annemarie and her staff were the most receptive and gracious people on our entire trip. And, considering how nice the people of St. Lucia are, that is really saying something. There was nothing that was too much to ask. They made our stay most enjoyable, pleasant and easy.

      We stayed at Gateway for 8 nights. It was our second stay there and we are planning to make Gateway our vacation 'home away from home'. The location is ideal, close to lots of great restaurants, shopping centers, night clubs, etc. The rooms are clean and amenities are ideal. We were not disappointed the first time and certainly planning to return a third time soon. Bravo to the wonderful staff, they were also very accommodating although we checked in a bit late. I would certainly recommend this Villa to anyone wishing to stay for more than a week on a budget.

    HORRIBLE SERVICE at the Restaurant, Doolittles. They IGNORE you, when you get the bill, they give themselves a 10% tip! Only went there for 1 dinner, and 2 breakfasts. Go across the bay, to Hurricane Hole, JD's or Chateau Mygo, Excellent Service and food there. Never got the required amount of towels in room, bathroom door didn't close, bed and pillows […] hard as a Rock! Good thing we were out all day enjoying the island and not staying at this poorly run "resort". Reception Office closed on Sunday, isn't this a "resort" catering to travelers, not some stand on the side of the road? By The Way... it is FOR SALE. "BossMan" is asking way too much 11 million!     Just came back from a trip to St. Lucia. Spent 2 night there, was going to be 3, but our flight got pushed back. We wish we could of have had the 3rd night. The people at the hotel were all really nice and made our stay as comfortable. Guys at the bar were great and would definitely go back. Yes it's a older hotle. But the food prices were better than […] Rodney bay and we couldn't complain at all. Marina had supermarket, bakery, and bank. Honestly if you're looking to relax and have better access to mid island trips, Peton's. This place was great and my fiance was very very happy in the deluxe beachfront studio.     We were greeted by David, the room was very basic but clean. the bed was dissapointingly hard and uncomfortable. The bar and restaurant were fine.

    Nous avons passé 3 semaines à Ste-Lucie dont 1 au Marigot Beach Club et 2 au Bay Guesthouse de Gros Islet. Nous avons été très déçus du Marigot Beach Club. Premièrement, le ferry était toujours en réparation et c'était compliqué de traverser de l'autre côté de la baie, on se sentait isolé du reste dù monde. Le chien (de l'hôtel disons le) a jappé toutes […] les nuits pendants quelques heures parfois et on nous disais qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire. Le studio "deluxe" était minuscule. Il n'y avait pas de moustiquaire dans la porte patio et Dieu sait à quel point il y avait des moustiques qui piquent!!! J'ai l'impression que cet hôtel a déjà été super mais il n'a pas été très bien entretenu selon moi. Je n'y retournerais pas. Read more
