This hotel is very close to Hwy 24 so is very convenient. The hotel hasn't been kept up as well as it might. We were on the second floor and some of the stair coverings had been ripped off, but not to the point where it was dangerous to use the steps. They were advertising their new breakfast, and it wasn't anything to brag about. It was okay if you just wanted juice and coffee. I was surprised they were promting it as "new" since it was barely adequate.

The only problem we had was the people in the room next to us had their TV on all night. We called down to the front desk at about 12:30am and the hotel... staff said they would contact them to shut it off or turn it down, but never happened. When we arrived the front desk girl was very kind, relocating us to a different floor from our original reservation as she had just checked in a noisy family next to the old room. The room was dated, and a little shabby, but comfortable. When we asked for more blankets they were able to accommodate. Part of the reason we payed the higher price was for […] usage of the hot tub. When we came down in the evening to use it, the hot tub was the same temperature as the pool. We asked at the desk but she was quite brisk saying it was a maintenance issue. Then she comes to the pool and lectures us on why it got cold as if it was our fault. We had just spent the entire day at a funeral and didn't appreciate the attitude. Day time staff were very nice however. Other than that incident the hotel was fine, not worth the price, but fine. Read more

The only problem we had was the people in the room next to us had their TV on all night. We called down to the front desk at about 12:30am and the hotel staff said they would contact them to shut it off or turn it down, but never happened. Otherwise it was a very spacious room.
