Quality Inn & Suites - Bradley

I have stayed here before so no shock about the state of this inn. It's time for an update for sure! Location is very convenient, the staff is nice and there is a restaurant/bar on site.

Room was prepaid but staff tried to charge it again. Got all the credit card information and claimed the card was rejected. The manager finally arrived and solved the riddle. Would not stay there again.

The room was kinda dark & dingy. The bathroom was tiny, hard to get in & out. The bed pillows are too small. The carpet in the room and in the hallway was filthy. Our kids feet were black in a matter of minutes after walking around. The pool area was extremely hot and humid, so very poor ventilation. The rest of the hotel was air conditioned. The desk people and the breakfast person were very nice but the hotel is in dire need of updating. We were directed to the side door to get to our room and encountered a smelly, hot and messy hall (the ceiling tiles were falling down). My room had a strange configuration with a very long hallway between the sitting room and the bedroom, but it was clean and neat. The hallways are in need of refreshing - the indoor pool leaves a distinctive odor which is not present in the rooms, thankfully. They have a pretty nice bar and restaurant, no one else in town does. Also one of the few that still offer smoking rooms which is a plus for some people!

This hotel property is very old & is showing it's age. Every aspect needs a face lift, from the carpet in the public areas to the towels in the rooms. This hotel had perhaps the worst pillows I've ever used in a hotel - small, square and hard. I'll happily pay more the next time for another hotel in the area.

Great location, easy to find, near many restaraunts..nice restaraunt/bar with good food..the room was larger than expected and very clean....but...the carpeting in the hallways on the way to our room smelled really bad and was in need of being replaced, also some fresh paint in the halls is needed, otherwise was good..bed was very comfortable
