I was very pleased with the hotel and the rate we paid. Pros: staff very nice and helpful, rooms and interiors very neat and clean, excellent location, wonderful grounds. Cons: the so-called king-sized bed was really queen-sized, wall on the spigot side of the tub had water damage due to overly thin shower curtain. Overall, I would stay here again.

Great location for Seaworld and Fiesta Texas and shopping venues. Hotel could use some maintenance on their whirlpool which was not working during our stay. Also some dresser drawers broken and hard to close as well as slow sink drains. Other than that great service and value for the money..... food is great too!!

The hotel is really nice for a Seaworld vacation because it is directly across the highway from the park, about a half- mile. They also offer shuttle service so you don't have to pay for parking. It would be nice if they offered complimentary continental breakfast like other cheaper hotels but their restaurant serves an excellent breakfast buffet, a bit pricy though. They have an excellent pool and do smores and a movie in the courtyard in the evening. Great stay.

I would not stay at this Hilton again. We had a 3rd night free, so it was very reasonable. I wasn't impressed with the hotel. It is a highly used hotel, and the wear and tear on it is pretty obvious. The room had some issues: cracked marble all around the toilet, chipped toilet seat with paint to conceal it, stains on the couch cushions, stains on the carpet, etc. The room was clean however, and house keeping was wonderful (I do tip each day though). The pool was gross: very dirty water. Sweeping the pool water several times a day would go a long way. I had issues with the front lobby folks: they seemed to never know the answers to my questions about wifi, cable channels, billing (pretty basic hotel stuff). Overall, not staying there again. But cheap.

Loved this hotel! The staff was nice, but not in your face. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Our two small children stayed on a pull-out sofa bed. It was in need of being replaced. With the exception of a couple of stains on the carpet, the room was very clean. The smores at night is a must! The kids loved it! The shuttle to Sea World was great! We didn't have to pay for parking and the shuttle drops you off right at the entrance to the park. The shuttle comes on the hour to the park, but you can call if you want to leave at a different time . . . get the hotel number before you leave for the park.

My only complaint would have been that the furniture in our room was pretty beat up and run down.

ALSO, THE VAN THAT CARRIES THE GUEST TO AND FROM THE HOTEL/SEAWORLD WAS GREAT ON THE WAY OVER BUT WE HAD TO WAIT AND HOUR AND A HALF TO GET BACK TO THE HOTEL, IT WAS CAIUS. ALSO, THERE ARE NO CLOSE PLACES TO EAT AND THE DINING COST AT THE HOTEL ARE RIDICULOUS. THE BREAKFAST BUFFET IS 14.99/PERSON, FOR OUR FAMILY - 2 ADULTS AND 2 CHILDREN AGES 16 & 11 IT COST $68.35 FOR BREAKFAST!!!! NOT TO MENTION DINNER.

I should have found this out ahead of time but just assumed that they would offer amenities I usually see like a fridge and microwave. (Fridge was available for an extra fee.) Stayed in a jr. suite which had nice high ceilings. Stay was pretty quiet and had a nice balcony to sit on. Just felt like we were missing some of the perks for the price of the hotel but you really are paying for the proximity to Sea World. The pool area was pretty nice. Nice hotel, conveniently located near Sea World, consistent shuttles to/fro Sea World, sufficient parking, SUPER COMFY BEDS, and nice pool area. The only problem I had was room cleanliness. We had a few little gnats that were in the room and after killing them, they seemed to still be there. These gnats may have come from the drains. The tub and mirror in the bathroom were stained--surprising because this is a newer hotel. Other than those small details, the hotel was worth the money.
