My reservation was rather last minute, however, the room was supposed to have one queen bed... but was only a double and we only had one chair in the room which added to our discomfort. Also, since it was such a beautiful weekend, we would have liked to sit outside in the evening with our family that visited us from the area but there were no chairs, […] picnic tables, benches or anything to sit on. Very disappointing. The continental breakfast was ok, except the toaster was very slow and caused for line-ups there. the rooms are very run down, our bathroom had hairs on the toilet and the floor wasnt swepped behind the door, the head board fell right off the wall when we layed down will never stay again for the price it was not ver satisfactory and the breakfast wasn't good at all

We had a great 2 night stay at the Econo Lodge. Our dog had an appt at UPEI on Tuesday so we came up on Monday and stayed to Wednesday. My husband and I enjoyed swimming in the outdoor heated pool which was very well kept and clean. In the room there was a microwave, coffee machine. We went to a nearby grocery store and picked up our own food. We took […] the dog to Upton Farm for a run which is very close. We got there around 3:00 pm and had to wait close to two hours before all our rooms were ready. In the morning there was always something missing. The first morning there wasn't any milk for the cereals and the next morning there wasn't any yogurt.

It took 3 tries before the desk clerk had my room key with the right code, which walking from one end of the hotel to the other to have it fixed was annoying. We were in a basement room which was quite humid as it was hot out. There was an A/C unit in our room, but it really didn't help a lot. The ice machine was in another building as well, which was […] inconvenient. Our room didn't have a guide to the hotel amenities & services, either.
