We have a 9 month old so I was really reviewing the hotels for a place that had rooms that were really clean where she could crawl around. We chose this place because of the indoor pool and hot tub. The room was fine, bed was great. The facilities were in great shape and we were in there alone most of the time. Stay here unless you really care about ugly carpet or somewhat cold pool water.

We booked this for an overnight stay on the way home from a trip down south. The staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were ok not the most comfortable hotel beds I've been in but for one night and for the price it worked. It was OK. Kids running up and down halls until late at night but that's really their parents' fault. Front desk staff was ok but not as wonderful as other reviews acted. A child went #2 next to the pool and we went swimming a while later. Another kid in the pool told us to watch where we walked because it was still on the ground - after we had been […] in that area and swimming for 30 minutes. We were disgusted. The front desk said they had already sent someone to clean it but there was visible feces (once we looked for it) and they should have notified us before exposing us and our children to potential harmful bacteria. Overall not impressed and wouldn't stay here again. Oh and the breakfast was watery eggs, "canadian bacon" straight out of the Oscar Meyer package and undercooked potatoes. We had a great experience at this hotel, we even decided to stay a 3rd night. Excellent and friendly staff and great continental breakfast. My only complaint was that the pool was closed our first day there due to chemical issues, the reason we came a day early was for the kids to swim. Other than that, great hotel experience! Highly recommend!

Staff were confidient, competent, and caring. I would have preferred a firmer mattress and was surprised that there was no soft chair to sit in. We were in a "handicap" room. We were both mobile. However, I think it would be good for a manager to sit in a wheel chair and try to navigate between the bed area and the bathroom. I was very displeased with my stay at this hotel. This was my first time staying and was awoken at 3am when the fire alarm went off and I had to evacuate the building. I understand that this is for safety purposes, but what I am upset about is the fact that the hotel staff did nothing to address the crowd or offer an explanation or apology. I had a […] horrible nights sleep and could barely fall back asleep after being let back into the building. When walking past a staff member as I headed back to my room, I asked what the problem was and he said that someone set the alarm off from smoking in a non smoking room. Do they not offer enough smoking rooms to accommodate smokers?? Do they ask them upon booking and again at check-in if they would like a smoking room and remind them of the repercussions of smoking in a non smoking room?? The next morning, I would have appreciated an extended checkout time due to lack of sleep. Also, the staff let several items on the breakfast bar run out and we had to go ask for refills. The staff should have been prepared for poorly rested guests and made sure that at least breakfast was spot on. Upon checkout, the receptionist made no comment to me about the drill and asked how my stay was. When I told her how it was, she laughed like I had made a joke and did not offer any kind of apology or discount on my next stay. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Read more

This Country Inn And Suites is in a perfect location. 5 minutes from the Airport. You can see in from some of the Car Rental Companies parking lots. The amazing thing is that you can't hear any planes! (I'm a light sleeper to) I looked forward to breakfast every morning and the pool was awesome. (indoors, which was perfect for a winter trip) The Fitness […] Center is a little lacking. Besides cardio equipment, (2 treadmills, a bike and another piece) there were only dumbbells to use. The elevators did not work and they stuck us on the fourth floor so it was a haul getting all our stuff up the stairs, then when we got to our room the tv didn't work, but we got that fixed and the Internet the whole weekend was horrible!! The pool was great and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was very good as well!!!

I was able to secure this hotel for $60 a night for a one night conference with a bunch of junior high students. It was in a safe area. The rooms were big and comfortable. It had plenty of hot water. I was unfortunately in town for a family funeral. I had remembered staying at this hotel a few years back and decided to go with it once again. The reservations were easy to make online through hotels.com. Once I arrived, the lady at the front desk, Megan, was very pleasant. She asked if I needed anything, list of close-by restaurants, etc, and offered […] me a complimentary cookie (the peanut butter was fantastic). They were in the middle of remodeling the hotel and some of the rooms, but they only did it in the mid-afternoons when guests are usuaully out and about. The bathroom was quite large and the beds were extremely comfy. I want to buy matching pillows for my home. haha. Breakfast is served from 6 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. They have a pretty good spread. I liked that they had yogurt available with quite a few different toppings to choose from. All in all, no complaints.
