"Great Stay in Telluride"
Beautiful hotel, great service and location. The front desk staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. From helping us pick out places to eat and drink around the city to getting us checked in to our room and showing us all the amenities the hotel offered, I genuinely felt like they wanted us to have the best stay possible. Overall, the Hotel Telluride […] was a major part of what made our trip so enjoyable. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The staff were the greatest, and the location was perfect.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I had a view of the snow-peaked mountains from my balcony - very nice. Everything was perfect. Walk along the river to the free Gondola to get to fantastic mountain views and the picturesque Mountain Village. The only negative thing I can say is that the hotel restaurant was closed July 5 (but the bar was open).Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The Hotel Telluride is a quaint, wonderful hotel that I would recommend to anyone visiting Telluride. It is about a 10 minute walk into town but worth the gorgeous walk. The hotel backs up to a school and has great mountain views.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Vacation at Steamboat Springs in June"
Resort was in great location near the main road, resturants and other shops. Rooms were very comfortable; we stayed in three bedroom suite that had balcony with wonderful view of the mountains and early morning sunrise. Resort very near hiking/jogging trail which we used in morning. People at resort extremely friendly and helpful. A great experience […] as we celebrated our wedding anniversary. Hotel and service was great. Location is conveniently located in the beginning of town. Hotel restaurant is mediocre.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Lovely hotel. Room was great, well appointed and large. Beds were really comfortable. Very pet friendly-even provided treats for our dog and his very own bed. All day tea and coffee in the lobby and afternoon cookies was a nice detail. Front desk was very polite and helpful. Walking distance to Main Street shops and restaurants/bars. Would stay again […] without question. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"lovely service. off season warning!"
My hubby wanted to go for his beeday. after booking people kept saying it is off season. well, we live in a little town with an off season... so i thought i understood. no one said that 90% of restaurants are closed during april off season. i wasn't expecting that. could have brough picnic treats if we had known. the gondola also is shut down. overall, […] our stay was very nice. the spa therapists are excellent. Casey in particular was great. the hotel lobby area and exterior are perfect. our room needed work. you could hear the room next door tv both morning and night. the bathroom had a tile popping up on the floor and mold in the shower in the corners. We hit Telluride during the off-season. Not a ton to do in town but a great place to log some downtime.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"First Time in Telluride"
Went there for the first time with family during the offseason. The Hotel is so elegant and relaxing. The staff were WONDERFUL.Everyone in the group said they will go back and stay at Hotel Telluride.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I had requested a room with a great view and that's exactly what we got. We stayed on the top floor and our room had vaulted ceilings.Genuine Expedia guest review
Our family had a great skiing vacation at the hotel Telluride. It is a quaint and elegant hotel that I would recommend to anyone. The service is tremendous as the staff is very friendly and focused on customer satisfaction. We are looking forward to returning this summer!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great place to stay...everything about it is great"
One of the best places we ever stayed...very enjoyable.Genuine Expedia guest review
Excellent - I will be back.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
For the price, I was not blown away. Our first room had two double beds, where I thought I booked two queens. The upgraded room had a king and a sofa pull out, which was better. The Nook (little bar/restaurant) was overpriced, and the menu selection was thin. They were out of a lot of a few items on the menu on a Wednesday. Clean atmosphere made up […] for some of the short comings though. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Paper thin walls"
This is a luxury hotel like the reviewers say. So what was the problem? We only spend one night and we were put in a connecting room (connecting door between the rooms). You could hear all the conversations next door. It was after 2 am and still no peace and no sleep . A call to the front desk did no good. Not a pleasant stay. AVOID CONNECTING ROOM […] S. "Very nice hotel in town"
Great hotel close to downtown. Super friendly staff, awesome and always available shuttle/car service to anywhere we wanted to go. Cookies and hot cider in the afternoon. "Overpriced and Inflexible"
I hurt my back skiing, and they wouldn't credit me my last night so I could leave. Not even with 24+ hours notice. So, I left anyway, and I'm sure they rented the room again for the night. Boo. Also, this hotel is not $240.00 per night, nice. At that price, my room shouldn't have a wall unit heater/air-conditioner or adjoining room door. I could have […] gotten those amenities at Motel 6 for $29.99. No room service. Parking is a nightmare. Unless you drive a golf cart, good luck squeezing into a space in their parking garage. In three days, my room wasn't vacuumed once. I'd stay away. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Hotel Telluride - very comfortable"
We had a very good stay. The hotel is clean, inviting and room was excellent. We would definitely stay again. I did call and ask for a non animal room as one of us has a problem with animal hair. Staff was extremely accommodating on the request and we had no problems.Genuine Expedia guest review
The photo on the website did not look like the room we got - the room was much smaller and not as nice as that shown online. The staff were friendly and really helpful.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great hotel we got a bum room."
Hotel Telluride is gorgeous and wonderful. I love staying there, however this time I was very disappointed. I was woken up three times during the night by loud noises in the walls from the pipes. Also, we called the front desk and spoke with Sara about scheduling a few massages. She said she would call me back with times. She never did and we never got […] to get our spa day. I love the ambiance but would recommend it, just be persistent about getting good treatment. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Cozy, clean and nice!"
We loved staying here! We came to go skiing over the holiday break. The staff and hotel driver were friendly and they set out teas, cocoa and cookies at the end if the day. The rooms were so clean and cozy! Very comfortable!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Elegant classic hotel"
Traditional, beautiful and well kept hotel. Room had beautiful view of the mountains. Was a close walk to everything, never had to worry about driving anywhere. Staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you!Genuine Expedia guest review
"This is a small hotel great employees"
This is a small hotel by the rest of world standards, large by Telluride. Very nice boutique hotel atmosphere. Small restaurant as they can only serve 20ish people at a time. But with only 56 rooms was never a problem. We arrived Christmas Day. Got to know the whole staff. Staff is beyond great. Because you interact with such a small group every day, […] you get to know them as they so you. We are going back to Telluride in March and they only reason we are not staying is the ski in/out convenience of the Mountain Village and our kids are bringing friends. When we return to Downtown, we will stay here. Everyone cared and was very nice. And to be honest, all of Telluride is great. I would not say that I'm hard to please, I'm hard to impress. This hotel did both and they deserve the praise. Thanks. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"The hotel compliments the Telluride Experience"
This is the second time I stayed at Hotel Telluride. The location in downtown Telluride is perfect for a quite emersion in the beautiful natural surroundings and friendly atmosphere of the town. The hotel and the staff complimented this environment perfectly and enhanced the overall experience.Genuine Expedia guest review
A few blocks walk to middle of town. Great accommodations & friendly staff. Slightly lumpy mattress but I'm spoiled by Tempurpedic.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Stayed during the offseason...very peaceful. Room was very comfortable with an excellent view of the mountains. While running on a bare bone staff, each employee went out of their way to make us comfortable. Can't beat the downtown location. Parking is a bit of a challenge, but, hey, that's Telluride!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"best hotel ever!"
great place! great staff, wonderful location, rooms to die for, clean spacious airy, every amenity possible. loved it!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
We needed to cancel our reservation, and although it was one week out from the date we were informed the resevation was nonrefundable. First, we got the runaround and passing the buck about whose decision it was to have the room nonrefundable. Then when I checked on it further found that no one wanted to take responsibility, nor did they want to compromise. "Good deal in Telluride"
The hotel is incredibly easy to find because Telluride is basically a one street "city". The hotel charges $20 per day for parking or you can try and find street parking, but there are many signs and confusing instructions on what time and where you can park. We opted to park at the hotel because they have a couple of guys ( they call it a shuttle service) […] who will drive you to where you want to go in town and then they will come back and pick you up when you are ready. They give you a business card with a phone number on it to the hotel front desk and the girls there tell the guys where you are in town. This "shuttle service" is free. The room was pleasant enough. There was a couch, king bed, chairs, and even a kitchen table that sat 4. We also had a wet bar and a refrigerator. It was clean, but showing some signs of wear and tear. It was nice having a pull out couch for our daughter to sleep on. The walls are very thin. Stay on the third floor if you can so you wont hear the stomping of feet above your head. The hotel has a school located just behind it. In the morning, you will hear the children running and screaming. The front desk staff is superb and will do just about anything you ask. They really are customer service friendly. They have a coffee/tea bar in the lobby along with cookies that you can help yourself to anytime. It was a nice perk! Overall, the hotel was a good deal for what we paid and if we ever visit Telluride again, we would probably stay there. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Nice hotel with beautiful views of Telluride"
We really enjoy Hotel Telluride. The lobby and rooms were very upscale, and cozy. We loved our room and really enjoyed the stocked kitchenette area with wine glasses, wine opener, and drinking glasses . The only complaint was the double beds that left our family of 4 a bit cramped. Also, the hot tub area could be expanded.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great access to the town"
Hotel Telluride provides great access to the town via walking, bicycling (some provided), or personal shuttle. You can park your car in their garage for $20 and then a driver will take you to your destination and return to pick you up with one cell call. The rooms are a bit small but nicely furnished and very clean. The view from our window was great. […] We saw the moon rise over the mountains! We had a small balcony which was nice. "A comfortable place to stay"
This is how the Mountain Lodge at Telluride described itself on the website: [The Lodge] offers the upscale amenities of a ski resort destination along with the personal and attentive services of a fine hotel. Below is a list of the on-site amenities you can expect at our hotel in Telluride, Colorado. • Unique Telluride location with true ski-in/ski-out, […] slope-side access • Concierge services and daily housekeeping • Limited parking on-site and heated underground parking (fee applies) • Grocery shopping service • Complimentary wireless Internet service • On-site ski rentals available through Christy Sports • Outdoor deck with heated pool and jacuzzi • Exercise and steam room • Ski lockers and storage • Free hotel shuttle to Gondola, market and Mountain Village Core My wife and I spent a night here on October 3, 2013. Except the unique Telluride location, the others amenities do not apply to us. What I like most about this place is their employees – clerk saying “Hi!” with a smile when passing by the desk and greeting by a helpful attitude “what can I do for you” when you approach an employee in the lobby. The professionalism and the friendly atmosphere, and the clean and large room made me wanted to come back the next time. Oh! We would come back for the prime fall colors sprinkled with white powder too. Peter 10/11/2013 Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Hotel Telluride has awesome location and you are able to walk everywhere you need to go. If you don't like to walk they have a car ready to take you anywhere or bikes. Living in Estes Park, CO I thought I lived in the Mountains but Telluride truly is Colorado, a stay at the Hotel Telluride will not disappoint.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

This is my second stay during my fall color trip. It is a great hotel, and service is very good. They not only told me where the ice machine was, but offered to get the ice for me.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Vacation was a bust, at least the hotel was nice."
The hotel staff and facilities were great! Very pet friendly. Actually the whole own is pet friendly. If I ever return to Telluride, I'll stay here.Genuine Expedia guest review
A beautiful, stylish hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Great staff, great service. Rooms are a little worn, bed had the dreaded camel hump in the middle from age. Linens not what you would expect in this price range. Nice hotel overall, but for luxury mountain village is probably better choice.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel with Lodge feel"
We booked this hotel at the last minute to stay in Telluride for a festival. It was pricey, but turned out to be perfect. The hotel has an elegant Lodge-type feel to it with a beautiful and homey lobby that invites you to sit by the fire. The room was nice and we really enjoyed having a sitting area and bar/sink/fridge area. The staff was extremely […] helpful. The highlight of our stay was the free shuttle service the hotel provided. The town was packed due to the festival so parking would have been a nightmare. You could have walked downtown, but was a bit of a walk (esp if you are a little out of shape in the thin mountain air). The shuttle driver was available to take you anywhere in town at any time. It was amazing and soooo convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and were only sad that we couldn't stay longer! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Quaint and Relaxing Hotel"
Excellent and convenient choice for a stay in Telluride. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Under hotel parking available for extra cost, but worth it as there is VERY limited on street parking (same throughout the town).Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Cozy in Telluride"
We arrived during a chilly August rain. The hot tea and coffee in the lobby helped to warm us up. The in-room humidifier kept our noses from drying out as we napped. The work out room and hot tub helped from the long drive. The pillow service was divine - we had six different options to choose from that they brought up from housekeeping - like a box […] of chocolates but pillows! Pure heaven.
