Rudest checkin staff, lobby smells like mold, and they kicked me out during checking in order to get a higher rate. What else is there to say?

We were impressed with the quality of the hotel for the price. The bedding looked relatively new as did the carpets. The ammenities listed did not include a mini-fridge or microwave so we were quite happy to find these in the room. I am planning a return trip to Omaha and most likely will stay here!

The reason we chose this hotel was because it had a indoor pool and spa, however upon checking in they informed me that the pool and spa would not be accessible during our stay, no I'm sorry or I apologize or anything just that the pool is closed

Well, it was a place to sleep i guess...long as you don't mind crusty panties rolled up in a dirty towel under the bed..or dirty notes left in magazines...or a few particular stains splattered on the dresser....:)

I stayed here for an Anime Convention happening right across the street. Which made the location convenient. The Hotel was fairly clean but kinda felt outdated in the room. The bed was comfortable. We checked in and went to our room. It was very hot, air conditioning was not working. Staff sent up maintenance promptly. Maintenance determined is was't a quick fix and went down and talked to the desk staff and came up with another room key. He showed us the room and the air there was nice and cool. This hotel used to be well kept, but our last stay was awful. The first room smelled like old shoes, then the sheets were dirty and had hair on them. We got a different room, which was cleaner, but the toilet seat was almost falling off.The indoor pool and spa were filthy as well. the water was greenish, and there was styrofoam floating all over the […] pool. No one had cleaned it up from previous guests that had torn up their cooler. The entire hotel was falling apart and there was no sign of any maintenance staff at all. The continental breakfast was from 0600 to 0900, we left at 0630 and there was no breakfast in site. Not like I would have eaten anything this hotel had to offer though... The hallway smelled like curry oddly enough, the room smelled of disinfectant, garbage bags were piled up near the back exit and right outside the door, just a total dump overall.
