Very clean rooms Very good food for room service. Very nice pool on roof. Great view of Hollywood sign in many of the rooms. Make sure to ask when checking in! Right next door to Dolby theater, Graumans Chinese Theater and Holywood walk of fame!! Attached to the Highland shopping center! Would definitely recommend !!!

The hotel and the room was well appointed and comfortable, the beds are full sized instead of queen but still very comfortable. We upgraded for 20 more a night and ended up with a really lovely view that included the hills. Skip the valet parking and use the public lot in the attached highland center. Very easy and much cheaper. Also the subway stop […] is right at Hollywood blvd and one stop to universal. But being a 4 stars, the hotel should at least offer free parking or a cheaper daily parking rate. the garage next door is not associated with the hotel, and max daily rate is $13, but if you go in and out several times a day, you will have to pay several $13. if you don't want to pay […] the parking rate, valet parking is $38 at the hotel. The Loews Hollywood Hotel is the only place that I would stay at on Hollywood Blvd. For what you get, it fairly priced and is at the heart of activity for the area with some nice shopping, food and theaters in the area. Add to that, there is access to red line subway. By comparison, the rest of Hollywood Blvd has kind of ran itself into the ground lately […] with cheap souvenir shops and the like. I only go there, when I have to work in the area, but that's just me. Loews is a very nice modern Hotel that is in better condition than the previous owners had it in. There are more classic and much cheaper places to stay in Hollywood, but they are either too old for my taste or of far lesser quality. The Loews is still my choice hotel. Read more

The location of the hotel was excellent! It was in the middle of Hollywood near all the attractions and restaurants. The room itself was very clean. Housekeeping was attentive and so was front desk staff. The hotel had a spa, fitness center, and pool but we didnt take advantage of them. I would definitely go again.

The hotel is in a great location if you are interested in seeing the boulevard. We took the train to Universal studios which was so easy because the train station is steps from the hotel. Very easy to use and get to and from different locations in LA if you don't want to drive. We saw a movie premier at the El Capitan theater across the street. An amazing […] iconic theater and worth the price. The hotel is a bit dated but the beds are very comfortable and the rooms were clean. I would stay there again just for the comfort. The people at the front desk were helpful and very nice. Our last morning we went for a hike in Runyan Canyon. It is a bit more than half a mile to get there from the hotel, but a really nice hike with different trails for varying levels of ability (easy to challenging). Read more

The beds were amazingly comfy. The hotel itself is beautiful and we had a great day by the pool. The pool staff was nice and we had great food. I loved the location and the access to the shopping area was nice! My only small complaint was that when we called the front desk for more coffee and another coffee mug, it took almost 30 minutes. The hotel is connected to Hollywood and highland center which is perfect to grab lunch, dinner or Starbucks with a walk shorter than getting to the hotel restaurant in other hotels....perfect if you are visiting to see an event at the el capitan or Dolby theatre (which is what we were doing) and made it really nice to be able to enjoy the event and […] walk right to our room without dealing even a block of LA traffic. The staff was very on it and and you really feel pampered here, my only negative is that the fees that are included in lots of hotels (Internet, even in the lobby....and per device, use of business center, etc) even with that I will for sure stay again when I come to the area. I very much enjoyed my stay. I was in and out quickly, I got to visit with some fiends. The hotel bed was one of the best beds I've stay on in the last few years and I travel a lot. The shower was great. The alarm clock even charged my Iphone while I slept.

Couldn't be more pleased with choosing this hotel for staying within Hollywood area. The hotel connects to the Hollywood & Highland mall area, so it was easy to walk through that door every day rather than through the main lobby entrance (it was better view and it was closer to getting to the Metro). When u check-in, there is a table with complimentary […] lime/lemon/strawberry flavored water (a wonderful thing when u have traveled a long distance to get to the hotel to check-in)! Comfortable-sized room and bathroom (soft towels). Bed was comfortable enough with soft pillows and down comforter (which shed feathers on the carpet each morning)! Great location near lots of shops and restaurants. Didn't spend a lot of time in our room due to squeezing in as much as possible in the area but the room was great, bed was amazing and the staff was super friendly. Primo location at Hollywood and Highland. Walking distance to Graumans Chinese theatre, tons of shopping and restaurants. Brought my 18 year old son and a couple of friends to Hollywood to attend a concert for his 18th birthday. I called ahead to ask if they do anything special for birthdays and was told that they would put a complementary "something" […] in his room. I also reminded them at check in, NEVER HAPPENED. When the boys went to bed, they found stains on the sheets when they opened the bed. Called manager and they took care of it and also gave us $100 to spend in their restaurant for breakfast. The location of the hotel is prime. We upgraded out room to a suite at a great price. The suite was huge, luxurious and comfortable. Although the initial suite we were given had a small blood stain on a pillow case and it didn't seem like housecleaning cleaned the bathroom. We called the front desk to change the bed sheeting and tidy up the bathroom, […] but they apologized and gave us a new suite and a breakfast buffet credit. We were very thankful for their swift action in taking care of this situation. Pretty decent for $160. Don't use valet ($38 per day) unless your having your car delivered more than twice a day. Heated pool was only 4' 6" deep, guess that's what happens when you build it on top of a restaurant.

Room was very clean and looked amazing. We had a great view of the Hollywood sign from our room. Also, being on the fifth floor, we had easy access to the pool andf fitness area, as well as the mall and general Hollywood area. Only downside was the noise level from surrounding rooms and outside. But other than that it was a fantastic getaway!
