I realize this is not a 5 star class hotel but serious it should be at least mediocre. The rooms are not really clean - there is always something left on the floor, behind the bed, the bedding is visibly worn and used. This are easy cosmetic fixes that can be made.

Our room had stains on the walls, a layer of dust above the bathroom lights, moldy seams at the bathtub and a broken leg on the desk, which was still in the room upon check-in. The bed was comfortable but had small holes in the blanket. We were excited to use the hot tub, as we both require heat treatment for our back conditions. The chemical fumes were overwhelming, mold two foot long on an exit door and tiles missing throughout the pool area. Lastly, communication with the management was poor. We booked with expedia, paid expedia and then the hotel billed us completely for the two nights and there price was $30.00 less a night. The question I ask is when a hotel comps a portion of the bill due to their incite, why am I still billed the initial rate?

We picked this hotel due to it's location to Roundtop Mountain, price and having indoor pool and hot tub. However our A/C (as we sleep with A/C on even in the winter) did not work properly and when we said something were told maintenance was gone for the night and they would look at it the next day. The next night in the middle of the night it made an extremely loud noise and we had to turn it off. The pool and hot tub had way too much chemicals in them. When we first turned the hot tub on it was not working properly due to the breaker kicking and once they fixed that and it turned on correctly you could see all the chemical shooting out from the spouts. You could not even sit in it and enjoy it due to the overage of chemicals. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. Overall we will be paying a little extra next time we go snow tubing.

Check in took 20 minutes b/c the desk person was not proficient at her job & needed to call another person at home for clarification. When questioned about the delay she became rude & bossy in order to cope with her own incompetence. Although the tub was clean, there was some kind of crud & other stains on the shower head. I was moving my family out of our rented town home & only chose this hotel for its proximity to the rental we still needed to clean. I would never stay there again!!!

The hotel and the room was clean. Bed comfortable. The AC unit was very very loud. You couldn't watch tv or sleep with it on...Very distracting. The pool was nice but the hot tub was filthy..Milky looking with hair floating all around in it...Didn't use it which was a shame because we booked this hotel because of the hot tub after a long day of walking. The breakfast area was clean but not really anything to eat. We went down at 7:30am and there wasn't any cereal or milk left. Coffee was pretty much empty. Fruit baskets were also empty. Juice machines were empty. Had to wait in line to make waffles because that was the only thing left for people to eat. Disappointed in the breakfast or lack of. .Have had much better breakfasts at other hotel chains.

rooms were roomy and very clean. The pool and hot tub were very disappointing. Water in both was cold and the hot tub looked to be in need of a good cleaning. The continental breakfast did not really have anything but a waffle maker. Since there was only one person taking care of the desk and the breakfast area, many items were gone including coffee. This is a problem with cheap management and not the staff. Could be a good place with better management.

It's an ok hotel for the price I paid through Hotels.com but the last night we stayed our room was never cleaned when we returned, fortunately they just gave us another room without hassle. I might stay at this hotel again under the right circumstances but probably not for an extended stay.

Rooms were good but the pool could have been cleaner as there were clumps of hair floating around. The hot ub was not hot but warm. A liitle TLC in the pool area as there was mold on the ceiling fan blades and the ceiling was showing its age.

We stayed here for 4 days while moving from Illinois to the Mechanicsburg area. Overall the stay was good. It was relatively close to resturants and other things. Breakfast could be much better. The room was clean. Our air conditioning unit was quite loud and the tv could not be heard over it.

Good location. Everything is close by. Staff was ok but sometimes MIA. Room was a bit dingy. Bring flip flop and slippers. Hotel looked a little worn and desperately needs a little sprucing up. The kids enjoyed the continental breakfast. The AC was great. Quiet surroundings. I would stay there again but please replace the carpeting and lighting.

Our non-smoking room was OK, however I think that it is only a non-smoking room if you don't smoke, but the room was clean & fairly comfortable & it didn't smell badly of smoke.The big issue is that the hallway reaked of smoke. There was supposed to be a fridge in the room, there was not. There was way too much chlorine in the pool. The breakfast was OK, there is not enough seating & the area if entirely too small for guests even at half capacity. There were 6 or 7 tables with 4 seats at each table. Worst coffee ever! After 5 pm the only person on staff was the desk clerk. We had an issue with a clogged toilet & were informed that no one was on site to deal with this issue until the following day. I don't know if I'd stay there again, the price was right & it was fairly convient to everywhere we wanted to go. Might be a better stop when it isn't the busy season in Hershey/Harrisburg.

This was the second-lowest price in the area, and, happily, the closest to where we were attending a seminar. Free breakfast was a plus, including cereal, bagels, waffles, and juice, coffee, etc. Beds were comfortable. Though freshly laundered, my roommate had a small red stain (nail polish?) on the bed sheet; mine had a cigarette burn. Stayed four nights. Housekeeping could have done better in the bathroom. My only other complaint was going to breakfast the fourth day (it's August) and finding that management had turned off the A/C and had the front doors open. It was a humid August morning and uncomfortable for eating! Everything else was what I needed for the kind of trip I was on. Probably would stay there again if the price were right.

Location is isolated, no amenities in walking distance. Local business are M-F so very empty. Pool is tiny compared to photos - to the point of deceiving. Room clean, plenty of staff to assist., quiet as most guests were adults.

We stayed here because all the hotels near Hershey park were booked. I'm glad we did. The lady who checked us in was very friendly even at 3 AM! The rooms were extremely clean and the beds were sooo comfy! Especially at 98.00 a night, you can't ask for anything better and me and my family loved it! Btw Hershey Park was about 12 min ride.

I chose this hotel because it was cheaper than the surrounding Hilton or Mariotts. It was only 30$ cheaper but was still somewhat expensive. The hotel looks like its seen better days but served my needs as a quick overnight stop while traveling.

Our party of 6 people arrived at 12:00 midnight after a long 6-hour drive. Our rooms had been booked weeks before and were pre-paid. Our check-in took AN HOUR AND 15 MINUTES. A woman by the name of Donna was at the front desk by herself. She had absolutely NO CLUE as to what was going on with our reservations, even told us she wasnt sure we even HAD a reservation even though we had confirmation numbers and an online reciept of payment. She kept us waiting in the hotel lobby while she looked at a computer, clicked various things, wrote numbers, crossed out and circled them on a peice of paper. When we tried to talk to her, she was rude and condescending, as well as easily distracted by even the slightest interference, such as my children conversing with one another. She refused to call the manager stating that he was sleeping. she finally agreed to call him, but that was fruitless. She finally gave us the room keys, stating that she still didnt know about our reservation for the second night of our stay and that we may not even HAVE a room come tomorrow. We said we would take our chances and talk with management the following morning, which we did. A very nice man by the name of Amir was at the front desk and simply clicked two times on the computer and said yes, we did indeed have our room which was pre paid, no problems. Donna's ability to work the front desk needs to be reviewed as well as her customer service skills, which should probably be retaught.

The toilet in our bathroom had mold growing around the rim of the tank and the bottom was not clean. The rest of the room was fine. No one looked after the breakfast area and the tables were all sticky all 3 days we were there. A package of wipes on the counter would have been a great help, people were trying to wipe them off with napkins which was futile.

The hot tub was disgusting and dirty. I did laugh when the hotel desk clerk asked me if I wanted to take the roll away bed up to the room myself. The air conditioning didn't work correctly. The one bed in our room squeeked like crazy - you couldn't move without waking up the other person in the room on the other bed. The bathroom light was broke - They didn't fix it until I called 3 times. There was cobwebs on the ceiling in 3 differant places. All the lamp shades were cracked and needed replaced. The floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in about 10 years. It was a very disgusting hotel. I thought the outside looked kind of nice. They do not keep up with maintenance and do not seem to care if they do or not. They kind of blow you off if you call to ask questions. The internet kicked you off every 5 minutes. There was hardly any signal. We stayed for 3 days and were miserable.

Very unfriendly and unhelpful desk clerks. Half hour before breakfast was over the trash was completely full and many items were no longer available. When asked for help, the staff took their time attending to the breakfast area. However as soon as the breakfast hours ended they were busily cleaning up and vacuuming...very unwelcoming. We decided to relax in the sauna/hot tub. The hot tub was more like a luke-warm tub. After we got all wet we discovered there were no towels. Called my husband in the room, who called the front desk to ask for towels. They were not delivered. I had to poke my wet freezing body out into the lobby to ask the staff for towels, and was told "you have to get them from the front desk." I said I couldn't do that since I was dripping wet, and so the man did go and get me exactly the number of towels I asked for (no more, and none for the pool area in general). When I commented on this, he said that they had used up all the towels yesterday because they were so busy, and they just came out of the wash (even though they weren't even warm). Go figure. On top of all this lousy service, we also had trouble canceling our second night's stay. Thank goodness Expedia was able to help us with this. The hotel claimed that we needed to cancel at least 24 hours before, however the night before when we checked in, the desk clerk told us he couldn't cancel for us and we'd have to talk to the manager in the morning. Overall, very dreadful service!!!

Great location and good price for a business trip where your expenses are capped. Breakfast was below average - cereals, toast, and a waffle machine - no eggs or breakfast meats which are nowadays expected and in most cases provided. Horrible internet connectivity. Laptop, tablet, and Smartphone all picked up a signal, but it was consistently characterized as "Poor" and my devices were unable to connect. Room clean,but smelled musty.

the staff was great and we liked the room very much. Nice quiet location. The only suggestion we would have would be fabric softener for the towels. They were scratchy.
