very close to great restaurants like Mortons, Fogo de Chao, Barcelona (tapas!) and Mikado. Try Adobo for a cocktail and tequila that is top notch; excellent knowledgable bar staff. The hotel is central to most venues and walking is a breeze in the city. Security abounds. The only thing that was a thumbs down was the hotel shower, it had a skimpy spray and made an awful noise. Other than that, the rooms are very nicely appointed.

Check in was easy enough, we were in town for the tree lighting on the circle. The place was crowded with the event and the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. They had a party for guests on the mezzanine and when the food started running low the staff got very short with the guests. I think it may be frustrating but if you can't take it don't give a party. The most clear indicator of attitude may be shown when we had the valet bring our car up. He handed me the keys took a tip and walked away without a word. I have never had the valet at a good hotel not offer to help with bags or open the door or say thanks for staying with us.

I enjoyed my stay. I booked my room online and it was painless! I had no problems checking in or out. The price was a little steep for the quality, but overall, it was a great experience.

The Hilton Garden Inn Indianapolis Downtown offered extremely comfortable rooms, outstanding service and was very conventiently located. We had a fantastic experience and will defintely stay there again. Two thumbs up!

Room was clean and comfortable but quite small and with a view of adjacent building rooftops. It was very close to everywhere we needed to be though so we were able to walk and not pay for taxis.

Stayed during NCAA Sweet Sixteen - staff was wonderful, from valet, to front desk to wait staff at breakfast.Location was excellent to everything we wanted to see and do. would definitely stay again!

I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities that I found once I checked into my room such as a flat-screen TV. The building is old, but the decor and the rooms are very modern. It's also very conveniently located in downtown Indianapolis. I was able to get to many places by just walking.

The Hilton Garden was a very convenient and pleasant place to stay. Close to the Circle Centre Mall and restaurants. Parking is a bit high but that is to be expected because of the downtown location.

Our stay was great. Our hotel had a great location that was a few steps from The Circle. Lots of restaurants of restaurants to walk to. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and maintained.

Overall very happy with stay. The location is perfect - walking distance to several restaraunts, etc. Reasonably priced for area. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very attentive to my needs. It took a little long to get my car in the morning - only one valet on duty at 9:am - he was working hard but could have used some help.

Great price! We were within walking distance of lots of restaurants, and within a short drive to the Zoo. The hotel was the clean and the staff was wonderful and knowledgable about the area! Pool was a little cold but that was our only complaint about our weekend!

Wonderful staff, very nice and helpful. Clean rooms, very spacious, would definately stay here again. Loved the homemade cookies and fruit at the desk, also the coffee stand, the breakfast buffet was wonderful.

Upon our 5pm Arrival Friday the 18th,we were greeted by a very pleasant gentleman who took care of our luggage and acquainted us with the local hot spots and even drew us a map of downtown Indy! Great location,lots of hot spots within walking distance.

This hotel is close to everything downtown Indianapolis. We hardly needed our car. Our room was really nice and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay there again!

WE really like our room. Nicely decorated. We choose to eat in the lobby restaurant. We were the only customers for a Saturday night so we had the place to ourselves and the waiter was very attentive, although he was taking Room Service orders. Food was okay and prices were a little high. Overall it was a nice weekend getaway.

a real bad riot broke out down in the main lobby area @ 150-200 people were fighting every thing got knocked over and broken we had to spend the rest of the nite in our room and could not come out. now what kind of time do u think we had...

"Great Room for the Money"

Our stay at the hotel was great. The room was spacious, beds were outstanding, the bathroom was super clean. I did notice that the inside duvet cover was dirty (blood and ketchup!?!) and asked that the hotel replace it with a clean one while we were out for the night. When I returned at 11:30pm, it was not changed. I waited until midnight and called a third time and someone came and immediately changed it. Other than that it was a GREAT stay. I think that the friendliness of some of the staff could be improved esp when you call to the desk they should use their name and at least pretend like they care. Other than that, I was very happy. There was free parking that weekend (YES!!) and a Starbucks on the corner!! Deals and coffee-- I love them both!!

I was relieved to see that the room was just as the picture showed on the web site. It was a comfortable room w/ fluffy down comforters and lots of comfy pillows. The bathroom was clean and tastefully decorated. I unfortunately ended up getting sick during my stay in Indy and was so glad to be in this room where it was nice and clean and had big comfortable beds. My daughter loved the indoor pool. My only complaint was the price. A bit on the high side. Overall a good experience and I would recommend it in the future.

We took our son to Riley's Children's Hospital and decided we would stay in Indianapolis for the night. We are so glad we chose The Hilton Garden Inn. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were absolutely beautiful.
