I read the reviews and they were not accurate...it was not remodeled, the walls were paper thin. Hardly slept because the adjoining neighbor was coughing all night. The breakfast was marginal. The staff was kind, that's all it has going for it. Would not stay here again.

The motel was fine. The lobby smelled a little musty so we were kind of worried but the room was quite large and no musty smells. We had a room with two queen beds on the beds needs to be replace the edge was broken down, but once you were in the middle it was comfortable. The breakfast was good they could use another waffle iron.

My only complaint was that I was in a connecting room and the walls and door was so thin that I could hear every sound-coughing and the TV from next door.Other than that, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the bed was super comfortable, and the closeness to Pony Village Mall and restaurants was a plus. I will definitely stay there again.

Our room, though huge by most standards, was filthy. The carpet was littered with stains as were the walls. I don't even want to know what the bedding looked like. We left our bags in the room, then went to dinner. At dinner my wife talked about just driving through the night instead of staying there. Undecided we went back to the room where I tried […] to take a nice warm shower but couldn't get anything more than luke warm water to come out. The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was great and included biscuits and gravy. The biggest downside to the hotel was its size (its spread out over several buildings) and the fact that we were placed in the furthest building from the lobby (spa, exercise room, breakfast area) even though the buildings closest all seemed to be empty. We where very satisfied with the hotel. The room was 2 queen beds and it was very comfortable. The hotel is located next to a strip mall that has Dollar Store, Macy's, Ross and a couple of restarants. The breakfast in the morning consisted of waffles, eggs, bacon, assorted sweet rolls or muffins, hot cereal, biscuits and gravy. juices and coffee.

Older motel with outside room access, in the process of renovation. Located away from Hwy 101, beside shopping center. Breakfast was great and employees friendly and helpful. While this motel is not up to usual Comfort Inn standards, it is equivalent to all other motels in this area.

The front dest was very helpful when checking in. The hot tub was very large and convenient. The bed was wonderful. It would have been a better stay if there had been a mini fridge in the room. The complimentary breakfast was good but the staff was slow to refill the hot foods.

Office staff friendly and courteous at check-in. The building looks 40 years old or older. Needs painting, landscaping etc. They seemed to be short staffed in the housekeeping department upon our arrival at 5:00 PM as there were practically no rooms ready even though the parking lot was pretty bare. Check in was pleasant with very helpful staff. Room was weird configuration. Very large empty space where couch must have been. Liked access by front and back door. Parking area had high curb, too high for older person to step up.

The property is easy to find, on a major cross-street off of Highway 101. It is directly adjacent to a small shopping mall with several major retailers, and a short walk from a full-sized Safeway. Room was as expected in this price range.

There are several signs upon entering the hotel that say if you are not happy with anything during your stay to please tell the staff before you leave. I specifically asked for a room next to my family who would be arriving later that evening. My request was not accommodated. I'm not quite sure why, the hostess just said she wasn't able to move to me. […] Funny, in that the rooms next to my family and myself were all empty for both nights of our stay. The beds had channels to sleep in, were very hard, and there was no fluff to the pillows. The breakfast was ok, with several foods to choose from: sausage, eggs, waffles, hot and cold cereal, juice, coffee, tea, yogurt, bagels and toast. However, the flies near the pastry was a turn off. I needed a place to stay after a long day at the dunes. I had a room with a king size bed and it was huge. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff was ready for me. I had a quiet evening. The motel is centrally located and there were a lot of places to visit within walking distance. Very Large rooms, but very, very dated. Also had a weird, musty like smell. my brother and I slept well, we thought, but seemed to be very tired and felt 'funny' the next day, possibly because of the smell. We expected with this being a "comfort Inn" it would be nice. But it wasn't. Breakfast was good, and the employees were nice.

clean and comfortable. Good breakfast, No elevator. Quiet. Had to walk outside in the rain to go to breakfast. Not many restaurants within walking distance, which is important to motorcycle riders, especially when it is raining.
