Westfield Inn And Suites - Lancaster

TV had no sound at all on 50% of the channels. Otherwise a very pleasant and comfortable place to stay. Have been staying at the Westfield for the past 20 years.

staff was friendly and cooperative. continental breakfast was sufficient but not special. HBO not working. No coffee maker in the room but available in the breakfast area. No radio in the room. Room priced correctly. I would stay there again.

The room was dirty. The mattress had a huge stain in the middle of it. The pool was shut down and when we saw it in the morning, a rat was swimming in it. It was terrible. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

With the low price, I decided to book the hotel based on other recommendations on Expedia and my wife and I were not disappointed. It is settled in a nice green area and it was very quiet. Ok... So the room appeared clean and the front desk staff was nice. The walls are crazy thin and the decor is circa 1981. The beds and pillows are subpar. Overall,if you don t want to spend a lot you will survive the night. Good luck.

We just needed an inexpensive place to stay overnight after attending a wedding. We were pleased that the room was available to us an hour prior to the wedding so we could check in and get ready. We spent there two nights while visiting Dutch Wonderland park in Lancaster. We came from DC and after our stay continued to Philadelphia, so we did not mind ~15min drive to the park and back. The hotel was nice and clean and staff helpful. I would recommend it to a friend.

The hotel was O.K for us because we wanted it just for sleeping and have breakfast. We spent most of the day outside. The activities we planned to have were near by the hotel. We asked for a non smoking room but out of our room the smell of the smoke was very strong and sometimes it came in.

Good location, but beat up, worn out, stains, damaged walls and the loudest place I've stayed. Doors slamming woke me up throughout the night. Not soundproofed at all. Guy who ran the place is super nice. Won't ever go back there though.

I booked two rooms knowing that I might have to cancel one, so I'd checked the cancellation policy. When I called to cancel, 1st they said that it was too late, then that they couldn't help me, I'd have to go through expedia ("but I didn't book through expedia." From start to finish, my stay at this hotel was not very pleasant. First, the room key didnt work, and the manager said don't worry i will let you in the door. Second, the inside door lock chain was broken off, and we could not secure our door. Third, the ventilation fan in the bathroom was missing, and the disqusting view up inside the ceiling was […] not nice. Fourth, there were holes in the bathroom ceiling with toilet paper stuffed into the hole. Along with the rusting pipes, the caulk in the tub enclosure needed removal. The beds were nice and clean. I would not want anyone seeing what i saw in that room. Maintenance is required on this hotel. If they put some money into it, this could be a nice hotel. Had trouble opening the room keys would not work. Bed was to be a Queen size and was given a double and manager kept telling me it was a queen. I have a Queen at home so we do know the difference. Right outside the front entrance, along the edge of the carpeted sidewalk was a rubber edging, which was held on, in 3 spots with duct tape.
