No fridge, no microwave, toilet runs all the time and a hole where the spout for the shower comes out of the wall. I've had alot better room for the money.

Front desk staff were nice. Lobby was clean. The rate was a little high for the level of accomodation. Had to ask for a channel guide, remote guide did not work, HBO did not work. Whirlpool and pool and gym were nice.

There was a child's birthday party going on in the dining room area our first night there. Staff was very good about keeping the noise level low for us. We never heard a peep from them!

Our stay was for a funneral in the area and we were already sad and the hotel kept up with the theme. I will start with the entrance. I am a smoker but the outside was loaded with cigerate buttes everywhere and I would say because no ash trays. The staff was nice then we entered our room full of stain carpet every where. We were very tired after traveling […] 18 hours so we did not notice the stained bed until the next day, but the maid should of and they did not and they kept the same sheets. So we had to go get sheets and make our own bed. They never changed the ice bucket bag or gave new cups. The room had not been dusted in days or months. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I found checkin and checkout to be very easy. Breakfast was hot and good. The room was very quiet, which is mostly all I care about. While I did not use the pool and hot tub, I saw people using it and it looked in good condition.

Front desk was wonderful. The bathroom could have used a little extra cleaning(tub was dirty on the tub floor). Heated swimming pool was cold, hot tub was too hot. But all in all not bad.

I was in town for a funeral. The hotel was located very close to family which was a plus since I wasn't familiar with the area. The service was lack luster. Staff wasn't rude or anything, but customer service could have been better. For the price the room was fine.

Hotel advertisement stated rooms had safes in them. They do, but my room didn't have a locking mechanism in it. I told the check-in desk and they moved me to a room with a lockable safe, which was also an upgrade from previous room since it had a refrigerator, sofa and microwave. Nice surprise. However, room service never replaced my coffee after the […] first day. So, day 2 and day 3 of my stay I had no coffee in my room and they failed to empty the coffee pitcher that had left over coffee in it from the first day. The surrounding neighborhood is a little bit sketchy and the parking lot could use more lighting. My co-worker didn't feel safe walking to the car by herself do to these items. Best of all, I had requested a ground floor room because I was bringing my 89-year-old grandma. We got that! It was a few feet from the dining room and a few feet from the side entrance where we got parking in front of the door. They were so good to her!

We just needed a place to stay while we were working in Arnold on a weekend. The room was clean, well furnished and a real value for the money. Breakfast was fine. No big surprises, but adequate. Highly reccomend this hotel.

Great breakfast! The recumbant bike in the workout room was broke, so didn't get to use the fitness room. There is a smell in the hallway and stairwell. Everytime I approached the front desk, the employees were texting or playing on their smart phones--felt like I was interrupting.

Nice pool, clean water. Clean room, staff were not readily avaliable for help on one occasion(when my key wouldn't work). Reasonably quiet, took about 15-20 minutes to get into St Louis.

Good. Went to an event in St. Louis and needed an inexpensive place to spend the night. This worked out great. Looked like they recently refurbished so it was in good shape and clean. Staff good and friendly. It appeared to be wood construction so I could see where it might be noisy if you had elephants above you but we had NO problems at all.

The location south of St. Louis was convenient as I was traveling south the following morning. The room was comfortable and clean, if not a bit dated. The hotel was located right off the freeway, so it was easy to find and park. The gentleman working the desk on the night shift was far from knowledgeable (didn't know about breakfast times, hotel wifi, […] nearby restaurants), but I suppose he may have been new. There were a few family restaurants within walking distance, as it turned out. All in all, a decent (and cheap) place to stay if you need someplace easy to get to and are only staying for a night. Very comfortable stay, pretty much exactly as advertised. A comfortable 15-minute drive from where we needed to be, and the price was right. Will probably stay there again if I'm ever back in St. Louis. The breakfast was as good as any self-serve buffet spread I've had at this type of place, and better than most. How hard can it be to maintain a working […] waffle iron and have batter available? For me that can make or break a breakfast, and too many hotels don't bother. This one did. I also appreciated how they kept it out until 10 - a lot of places put away their breakfast spread at 9 or 9:30. Didn't use the pool, but saw others in there, and it looked nice and clean and chlorinated and all that. Elevators were kinda slow, so we mostly took the stairs. But that was just our choice, we could've waited for the elevators. The stairs are nice and shallow and near our room, so that was just easier. The room was very clean when we arrived, but housekeeping didn't clean during our 2-night stay. Don't know if this was policy or oversight, but either way, I didn't mind. Call me crazy, but I can live with two pieces of my own litter in my trash can. And I've always thought all that extra sheet and towel laundry is overkill. Read more

This hotel had a convenient location as it was located in the middle of a lot of shopping and site seeing. The halls were dirty and the room smelled strange although it was clean. I don't know if I would stay at this hotel again unless it was a last minute stay.
