We went there to stay for a basketball trip. The hotel was very centrally located to almost everything! I would def recommend this place to others!

Staff were very helpful and they went out of their way to help.The rooms were nice clean and nice size. Compared to the other hotels in the area they are good size. The hotel is also very convently located near everything. The only thing you need to bring you own clock no clocks in room.

Hotel was nice and clean but they were doing renovations or repair work on the upper floors. The other thing is there is a night club right downstairs so dont expect a good noights sleep if you are a light sleeper.

Pros: excellent overall condition of the hotel, excellent decor, friendly staff, good size of the room, comfortable beds, restaurant very nice overall, great location. Cons: shower difficult to regulate the water temperature, room temperature hard to maintain a warmer temperature.

Overall it was a good stay, slight issue with housekeeping , I didn't get my room cleaned so I had to call reception to send someone around 2pm in the afternoon, other than that fine.

Everything was excellent, room, location + value. Only negative I can say is that we had to wait 30mins to check in, as I think they were getting our room ready, but we did check in at 11.30pm on a weekend.

Great location for Broad St and ICC. Brindley Place across the road and some good eateries. Staff were pleasant, breakfast staff particularly helpful. We've stopped at the Jury's a number of times but not since the makeover. The bar area is much improved, the rest of the hotel is the usual high standard. It's not the cheapest option but if there are 3 of you its still good value, if a little cramped.

Ive never stayed at Jurys Inn before. The hotel location is excellent after a night out in Bham. Staff were friendly and room was clean and spacious. Would recommend hotel to friends and family!

The Jury's Inn hotel is in the best location for a girls birthday night out, close to all amenities, I mean pubs and clubs...brilliant atmosphere in Birmingham and a quality hotel.Beds were comfy, pillows were great, bathroom lush inclusive of some toiletries and a hairdrier so you're not bulking up your weekend bag.

Pleasant, helpful staff but overall maintenance very poor. I don't know about other Jury chain hotels but this one seems to cut corners at every opportunity, e.g. single ply toilet paper, old bath towels. The bath took 20 mins to empty and the toilet seat was loose. Bed linen was clean and bed comfortable but our sleep was disturbed because of the very […] noisy ventilation shaft. Great stay and convenient for Broad Street plenty going on... Had a late coffee at Costa Coffee lounge but had to report the hotel toilets as they were in a poor state let the coffee lounge experience down a little...although I reported it to the staff and it was sorted ASAP

We were in Birmingham for a concert at symphony hall this hotel and its location were spot on. Our room was clean and modern, the staff friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed walking into the centre for some retail therapy. Do be aware that Friday and Saturday night are clearly party night and things will be "lively" at street level. Very convenient (just a short walk) for an overnight stay after a concert at the NIA. Thought £14.20 to park the car for 24 hours was a little steep when we were staying in the hotel, but otherwise an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Stayed here 1 night. Can't fault the hotel! Very clean rooms, quiet at night and very comfortable beds. Excellent buffet breakfast! Staff could've been a bit more welcoming and friendlier and a quick checkout system would be useful for those that have paid in full and just need to drop off key card.

Had a discounted room rate but would have been very overpriced otherwise - Room was cold - heating not at all effective despite hotel staff investigating problem. Empty condom packet left on bedside table from a previous occupant - room had clearly not been cleaned thoroughly. Reception staff polite but 'grudgingly' helpful. A poor contrast to hotel […] chains such as Premier Inn who altho not in same class as chains like Jury's easily win in terms of customer relations and willingness to do what they can to help. Jury's should take note - small things matter to customers. I travel a lot on business but I wouldn't stay in another Jury's if I had a choice between them and another hotel. Read more

All aspects of the hotel were very good except for the staff at Reception who seemed to have no interest whatsoever in their guests. The room was very clean. The temperature was easily adjusted. The soap dispenser adjacent to the bath wasn't conveniently located but that is a minor gripe. Apart from these two considerations it is very good hotel.

This was A great value stay for us as we got our room at discounted rated of £54.00 for a family room with breakfast, we stayed on a Sunday so hotel was fairly quiet, would not be keen to pay full price though.

From the reception staff, who were very helpful and friendly, to the lovely clean and comfortable room, we had a fabulous stay at Jurys Inn Birmingham. I was very impressed at the comfort of our twin double bedded room, with pillows to die for.The only one comment was that the breakfast service was poor because it seemed everyone had arrived at a similar […] time and tables were full of dirty dishes with no clean cups, cutlery or basics such as bread available without asking. But even with that, once we had tracked down everything we wanted, the quality of the food was very good and there was plenty of it, even if it arrived on the buffet a bit sporadically. We assume it was the snow which had reduced their waiting staff so were quite happy to have an elongated breakfast, although people rushing to leave found it frustrating. The staff were generally helpful but even they were finding it a strain. But overall the whole experience was fabulous for the very reasonable price and we will definitely be back as itgave other more pricey hotels in area a run for their money! Read more
