Wow! what a great hotel for the prices. Nice room with full kitchen. quiet and peaceful pool and spa. Nice Staff and choice of breakfast and dinner. I definely will come back this one again.

The price was too high . We expected more for the money we paid. The room had a funny smell. The sheets and pillows had an odor. It was late so we stayed, but would not choose this hotel again. The location however was great.

We both loved the quality of service along with how our needs were taken care of. We would reccomend this establishment to anyone who is looking for a hotel to stay in either in grapevine or anywhere else.

The staff were pleasant to deal with. The rooms were very nice and comfortable for the money. Bed was very comfortable and really enjoyed having access to kitchen located inside the room. The breakfast served at no cost was very good. I would definitely stay here again.

I didn't care for the small sofa and chair that felt like vinyl coated cushions. I didn't like sitting on them at all. I don't remember at what point I chose a double bed, it was small as well and in a crowded room. However, I like the spaciousness of the kitchen, lots of storage, dressers, seperated shower and toilet from dressing area and sink.

great room - comfortable beds

Everythign was awesome! Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice,warm breakfast.

Nice Room still has OLD T.V.'s in room but that is it with the complaints, it was a great homey pleace comfortable!

I loved the room. I had only one complaint & I know this is a problem at any hotel! There were tons of kids in the pool & hot tub till very late & to get to the elevator they had to soak the tile in front of the elevators & it was very slick. Other than that - it was a great hotel.

They offer a breakfast and light dinner as part of the package. The food is hot and pretty good for a freebe. Room was a good size and laid out well. Very clean and well kept hotel.

It was a busy, packed Valentines Day weekend, everywhere else was booked. The place was amazing, clean, well lit, great location, adjacent to anything you may need. The indoor pool was great although the hot tub jets weren't working. Fireplace and kitchen were bonuses. I recommend this place to anyone, in fact, my friends and I are staying in one this weekend!

We were only in town for one night. Room was comfortable. I imagine the kitchen area and the indoor pool would be great for families that are in town for a few days. Would definitely stay again.

Very spacious room. Full kitchen is a plus. Not luxurious but perfectly clean and comfortable. Limited dining choices in area.

All was well with the exception of a false fire alarm going off after myself and three kids were asleep. Never found out if it was prank but I would hope not given that the only way in or out without a key is by the front desk. Other than this inconvenience, the place was fine.

Second stay this year and neither time was the hot tub working. One of the reasons we selected this hotel was the indoor pool and hot tub to use after spending all day shopping. I'll go else where next time.

This was my second stay this year at this Homewood suites. Both times the hot tub was cold - no sign to relay this info - and the front desk staff had the same excuse about not knowing it was not working and would relay the info to maintenance. Neither time was anything done and I believe they turn off the heater on the weekends to save money. I'll not stay there again and probably will avoid Homewood Suites at any location in the future. This is not what I expect when I see Hilton on the sign!

We really enjoyed the fact that the hotel was right within walking distance of the shopping center where we wanted to do our Christmas Shopping. We were able to enjoy the indoor pool, the only draw back was that the hot tub was not working properly and it was cold instead of hot, we were so looking forward to climbing in when we returned from our shoping spree. The Hotel was really beautiful and the free breakfast was outstanding.

Employees very helpfull and had a pleasant attitude. Very good complentary breakfast. Would diffently stay there again. Location a little difficult to find.

OK... I read the other reviews and held expectations in check until my arrival. Immediately, service was excellent, clean everything, quiet.... need I go on? We appreciated the hospitality and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was spacious. Location is wonderful for visiting Grapevine Mall.

Hotel was literally across the street from Grapevine Mills Mall. Hotel is close to shopping and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. Indoor pool a definite plus. The full-size refrigerator and kitchenette within a spacious room were wonderful. The hot breakfast was a nice touch - no lame "continental" breakfast. We will definitely be returning - even if our recreation is on the other side of the DFW area. Good value!

recommend to stay for long stay due to the suite and centrally located to the all the attractions

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Room was clean and larger than expected, with a nice kitchenette and really high ceilings. Everything was very clean and very well-maintained...brilliant for the price we paid. Only complaint was that at around 3 a.m., something started beeping in our room and didn't stop until around 4, but that still didn't change that it was a great hotel. The hot breakfast in the morning was great...they had a make-your-own Texas-shaped waffles station and everything. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to stay in the DFW area.

The only problem I had was a little problem with the free wireless internet. But it was free so its no big deal. Overall this was a tremendous place.

Nice hotel, close to Grapevine Mills

I've always liked staying at Homewood Suites, large comfortable rooms with kitchens.

Maybe because is was in the off season, but the quality of the room far exceeded our expectations considering the price we paid. The full breakfast buffet was a huge bonus. Everything was hot and fresh, and the selection was boutiful. We highly recommend this hotel.

We would definitely stay at Homewood Suites again. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They exceeded our expectations and went over and above to make sure our stay was exceptional.

Our room was very comfortable and the staff tried very hard to satisfy our demands. Breakfast was better than the standard continental breakfast with sausage, eggs, juices and fruit. From 4-6, there is a free beer and wine, along with a light dinner meal. Hotel location was a little hard to get to, and directions were complicated due to multiple highway intersections at the Grapevine location.

This was a wonderful, grand hotel with very freindly employies. Also in a good location if your coming from the airport. I will stay again in the near future.
