Our room had two minor issues which we reported at checkout. (Refrigerator did not work well due to broken seal on door and toilet needed a little tightening) I will trust the hotel will address these maintenance issues. The suite was clean, comfortable and pleasing for our stay. This is always our first choice of accommodations, so much better than a standard room. The Hotel has simple elegance and a top rate, friendly and efficient staff.

Location.
Conveniently near the airport in Toronto, Old Mill Inn & Spa, an Ontario's Finest Inn is close to Etienne Brule Park and High Park. Additional area attractions include CN Tower and Casa Loma.
Property Features.
Old Mill Inn & Spa, an Ontario's Finest Inn has a full-service spa, a health club, and a fitness facility. Wireless Internet access is complimentary in public areas. Business amenities at this 4-star property include a 24-hour business center, small meeting rooms, and a meeting/conference room. The inn offers 3 restaurants along with a bar/lounge. Guests are served a complimentary breakfast each morning. The staff can arrange concierge services, tour/ticket assistance, and wedding services. Additional amenities at this Victorian property include spa services, a concierge desk, and multilingual staff. For a surcharge, guests have access to a roundtrip airport shuttle (available on request). Self parking is complimentary. This is a smoke-free property.

Quintessentially an 'English' Inn/Hotel in a quiet suburban area. However conveniently located to downtown Toronto by subway. Good-sized room with helpful service staff.

"Old mill inn"
Reasonable price compared with inner city hotels with only a $3 short train ride to toronto city. Nice surrounding area with walks along river. Good food, especially the sunday night buffet. Very nice bathroom with great shower, although the whirlpool bath was a little noisy with the whirlpool setting turned on which put us off using it a little. The […] only thing I can really fault were the few places to hang things up and store empty luggage: no coat hooks, only a small wardrobe with a couple of coat hangers and only one hook in the bathroom for towels with no where else to hang them. "Old Mill - Old World Charm and lots of romance"
The Old Mill Inn is certainly a delightful place to stay - it has the charm of a romantic bed and breakfast with the service of a 5 star hotel. We loved the oversized jacuzzi tub and the Home Smith bar - a very comfy place to sit and have a few drinks or listen to great jazz. "Absolutely beautiful"
This hotel is gorgeous and although its a little out of the way is worth it. I stayed in the city for two nights and wished i had booked all of my stay in here. Its wonderful.

Nice, comfortable hotel set by the river in Toronto. Our room was upgraded on arrival which was great and they even had a downturn service which included chocolates and a brief weather forecast for the next day! The on site resturant was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Price included breakfast and parking which most of the downtown hotels […] don't. Down sides: a little tricky to find for first timers in Toronto without satnav, the air conditioning in the room was quite noisy through the night and it would have been nice to have a swimming pool as part of the 4 star rating. "Old Mill Inn & Spa in Toronto - beautiful location"
The hotel is beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. No complaints. I'd love to stay there again for a longer stay to take advantage of more of the ammenities at the Inn/Spa as well as touring the surrounding area.

I was looking for a nice romantic Inn to take my wife for our anniversary and found this Inn. I must say it was absolutely perfect! We loved our room and I would like to thank the staff for making our stay extraordinary. thank you to Brad in particular who arranged for champagne and rose petals to be waiting in room which were much to my wife's delight […] and strawberries and more champagne waiting for us after dinner. Only negative was the entertainment in the dining room, although the disco band was lively we felt it was really the wrong venue and even moved to the jazz bar to eat which was much more in line with what we expected for the Inn.
