It's a great hotel if you want to look out the window and see rowdy homeless people.

I stayed three nights and did not receive housekeeping once...they did offer 1/2 off last night and HOTELS.COM refunded 10%.Two of the three locks on the room door were not working.

we found hair in both beds and in bathroom. Great location, surrounding area wonderful.

The hotel is fine. Its a cheap, price point place right at the base of the fun part of Saint Laurent. If location is what you need, and price is an issue, this is your hotel. However, there is a community of homeless people living in the lot next to it, so many of the rooms this is the view you see out the window. Good location, but check out must be after 4:00 also the frigid bar is locked.

Breakfast very poor, did not have breakfast the last day because "all the machines did break". Not fresh smell in the corridors, service is not friendly at all. Feeling: a really cheap hotel. Conclusion: next time I will add some money but will take another hotel.

When we got the hotel, the reseptionist gave our room. When we got in the room, we wanted to have showers, but we saw dirty water in the hot tub didnot go, and hairs were in the hot tub. That means it was dirty. However, we called the receiptionist and showed it to him (the Algerian guy), and to fix it if it was possible. He said we made problem, because […] we expected some discounts. I was suprised, and i was angry. i said, i did not want discount, but i exptected a clean room, and clean bathroom. In the end, he changed the room. Also, beds were not clean enough. And keys did not work proparly, the receiptionists kept change the keys. When we checked out there were a bunch of keys in our hands. We retuned them anyway. Read more

Location is good in terms of easy access to everything including the bus terminal we came in on, but the particular street it is on felt a bit sketchy sometimes. Everything was clean and comfortable except for the pillows which were almost useless. Staff were generally pretty nice but did have a problem helping direct us toward a tourist spot we wanted […] to visit. Pathetic..only one word to describe this hotel. Had to cancel and move to another hotel same day.

Well it certainly is not an expensive hotel, but the price is certainly one of the only good things about this one. I like the chain, usually. But the staff made our short stay almost painful. The manager who "welcomed" us was rude to his employees, disrespectful to us and, well, truly unwelcoming. The breakfast was absurd - we had to ask for a croissant […] and some jam, nothing was out on the counter. The room was extremely dirty, and I'm pretty sure I noticed body fluids on the top blanket... So at the risk of being inapropriate I will stop here, but even though I'm usually really not one to complain, I have to say that what we got really was not even worth the low-price we paid. I should have paid more to get more comfort and better service. The one good thing about this hotel is that it's well located: Walking distance from St-Denis's hottest spots, from Ste-Catherine as well, even though you have to walk a bit to get to the action. However, it is located in a very poor neighborhood, in a dead section of St-Laurent. Hence the low-price of the hotel I guess. Bad place. I absolutely would not recommend. And may I advise the hotel chain to clean-up the mess at that very poorly runned EconoLodge? I'm pretty sure you'll find a reason not to post this review anyway, I'm sure it's quite un-promotional. Le point le plus négatif est le réceptionniste, le mm à notre arrivée et au départ. Il n'est pas du tout accueillant et aidant. Il ne connait pas les alentours et les habitudes des lieux. Il est évasif dans ses réponses lorsqu'il veut bien en donner. Il ne sourit pas et il ne veut surtout pas qu'on le dérange. Cet homme n'est pas du tout à sa place […] et donne une mauvaise note à votre hôtel. Raison pour laquelle la note générale est 2. Notre chambre était située au-dessus de l'entrée au 2 étage donc très bruyant. Nous n'avons pas du tout apprécié cette chambre pour cette raison. Read more

C`est un endroit très bruyant fréquenté par une clientèle qui n`a pas de très gros moyen financier. C`est à dire des jeunes. Le confort est absent et le déjeuner a été pitoyable.

Nous avons trouver des cheveux dans le lit et la salle de bain. Pas tres bon. Dejeuner non satisfaisqnt seulement des toast sans beurre avec confiture et cafe. Ne recommande pas et ny retournera pas !!

安いが、すぐ近くが治安が良くない。浮浪者も多く、夜間は出歩くのはすすめられない。 朝食が無料でついてきて、パンとシリアル、コーヒーであるが、パンがおいしかったのが唯一よかった。 エアコンが壊れれており、すぐに対応はしてくれたが、暑いか寒いかのどちらかにしか調節できない。 帰りに呼ばれたタクシーでぼったくりにあった。

On paie le mois cher des hotels avoisinant alors je ne leur demande pas la lune. On ne peut pas s'attendre à du gros luxe alors je trouve mon expérience très bien. Le déjeuner était continental. Continental veut dire toast, une pâtisserie et du café ou jus (orange ou pomme). La réception était bien. On doit se servir et moi ça fait tout-à-fait mon […] affaire. Les employés n'étaient pas bêtes. Très gentils. Dans l'ensemble c'était très bien à part quelques saletés de temps à autre. Read more

L'accès wifi gratuit, le fer à repasser, très bien située à proximité de Ste Catherine, St Denis et place des Arts. Circulation dense et beaucoup de bruit, caserne de pompiers à proximité. Le petit déjeuner ne vaut pas le coup (croissants et petits pains au chocolat vraiment pas bons + jus d'orange) et la chambre sent le renfermé. Le paiement est également […] un peu étrange avec une caution en plus du paiement lui même, surtout que la caution n'est pas rendue avec comme seule consolation, leur parole qu'elle ne sera pas utilisée. Pas de stationnement et il faut trouver par soi même une compagnie de stationnement publique. Read more
