Flagship stores ring Union Square, among the vanguard of West Coast retail. Chinatown begins at Grant Avenue and Bush Street, while Gold Rush-era mansions crown Nob Hill. South of Union Square, the convention center area includes the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and Yerba Buena Center for the Arts. Cable cars turn around at Powell and Market streets to head back to Fisherman’s Wharf.

The location can't be beat, and it is a clean and decent place. The walls are pretty thin, but we didn't have noisy neighbors. We were disappointed in the amenities. No coffee pot in the room? No extra pillows? I guess you get what you pay for, but it still wasn't exactly cheap. I expect more for the money.

We have stayed at the Milano on several occasions, and it always meets our expectations. Staff is knowledgable and conpetents. Room is neat and clean. Location is in the heart of SF city action. We will never hesitate to stay here when the price is right.

won't think of staying at another hotel the next time I go to San Francisco. dead center in the middle of everything. valet parking only. you pull up right to the in the front, unload your stuff, then called to have your car returned. this is the first time I've ever posted anything like this. I was extremely satisfied
