this hotel room was filthy, my grandsons feet were black from the floor, the heater was so dirty, I cleaned the bathroom floor with a towel and it was black. no I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We only had to stay one night at this Hotel. The beds were comfortable but the room was not very clean. One of the coffee cups still had coffee spots on them and a ring on the inside. The room did not look vacuumed and there is a big hole in the carpet. The bathroom looked and felt clean. The cabinets did not stay closed properly. This hotel looks great on the web, but our 3 day visit was disappointing. Nothing was as represented. This is an extended stay type hotel. They clean the rooms once a week! Also many issues with representation. We went to the weight room. The exercise bike only had 1 pedal! Everything else was a low end home equipment type. No breakfast, no pool, etc. […] We were promised a roll-away bed or fold out couch for our 3 year old. When that didn't happen, we went to target to get a tent and sleeping bag for her. We made the best of it, but how sad. This was part of our vacation stay in Colorado Springs. We loved the area, but would never stay at this hotel again. If you are homeless, this is definitely a step up over sleeping on the street... but would depend on time of year and weather I suppose. Read more

While the interior spaces were fine, both sides of the main entrance required steps. There was a ramp on one side, but it was very long and out-of-the-way; especially as it was raining when I arrived.

Good location near airforce academy. No room service unless requested. No pool . Condition of room poor : broken drawer , torn screen on window. No ice machine , odd smell in hall and room due to combination of pets and smoking . We waited at least 20 minutes to check-in and then weren't given the rooms I paid for. The Assistant Manager didn't even apologize for the long wait. (It appears she was busy trying to locate her lost dog.) The room was filthy. Blood stains on the pillow case and shower curtain, spider on my bed, and the sheets were clearly not changed. I was totally dissatisfied and will not come back. The room was dirty, was not vacumed very well, the bathtub had a ring around it plus on the wall there were long black hairs. Location of hotel was convenient to I-25 and other area attractions. The hotel was very busy during Labor Day Weekend, however, staff was readily available for the most part. The back and side doors were always secure (no propped open doors)! I will most definately stay here again when coming to visit.

When you walk in to your room make sure your range burners work. In the room we had only one worked. and it only really worked on high and had to turn down after to med . Kept having to push burners in to connectors in to make connections first to work. Had to be the worst experience I have ever had, 3 nights, 4 days, locked out of building and room 3 times, bed was supposed to be a new pillow top and was not, air conditioner units right outside the window,very noisy and every time we had to contact the front desk, they were gone! The hotel is very convienient. Right off I-25 and surprisingly quiet for its proximity to the Interstate. Room was clean, and everything was good. I asked for more pillows, and apparently they didn't have any to spare. But overall a great place.

When you check in, they point out that daily housekeeping service is not available. What they don’t tell you is they don’t clean the room before your arrive either. We found that the carpets and tile had not been vacuumed or swept; the blanket needed to be laundered, syrup was dripping from the alarm clock; dried spray or splatter on the light fixture; […] hand, lip and tongue prints on the mirror; spare pillows had hair from a prior guests; and the telephone was sticky and smelled. We complained to the front desk at 8am, but she refused to notify management until noon. When I was there, another guest confirmed that his room was the same and he had to borrow a vacuum cleaner to clean his own carpets. When I followed up to find the manager at 4pm, the housekeeper that had been in the lobby that morning, came out of an office behind the desk and started arguing with me. I insisted that he go and get the manager. When she arrived, she wouldn’t look at our room, but did offer to move us to one of two vacant rooms. When we examined those rooms in her presence; we pointed out blood on a door frame, missing pillow cases, dirty mirrors, stained sheets and a propped-open fire door in a stairwell. Also the elevator keeps popping a circuit breaker and shutting down. The manager says it happens often when the hotel is busy. They advertised High Speed Wifi, we could barely get any computer service. The TV remote did not work, wasn't fixed. The shower hadn't been cleaned before we got there (long hair on the shower walls)--didn't get cleaned while we were there. This room had a stench that was apparently in the bed cover. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets were stained. Although the staff was ok, the room certainly wasn't so that is the last time we will be staying at the Crestwood Suites.

Staff at desk were good. Other than the cupboard door hanging open all the time, a dirty towel that had been washed, but not clean, a full waste paper can under the stove, wet toilet paper on the dispenser and the new roll, this was an okay stay. Kids running up and down the hall late at night made it hard to sleep.

I booked through third party and had The rep called the hotel to make sure that we were guaranteed a doubled bed room. The hotel said it was not a problem. I traveled with my 11 and 12 year old kids, why would I put them in a room by themselves?!?! We ended up staying 8 nights in the singled room. no internet for 2 days, was told it would be fixed on the day after arrival, but didn't happen. Smoke alarm beeped all night til I had to get up and unhook, Chincy on their coffee. Positives are clean room, good location. Checked out early cause needed connection to do business.
