Bedding was clean. Flat screen TV. Bathroom wasn't pretty but the shower worked. Overall for the price it was perfect. Lounge and restaurant attached to the hotel. Easy access coming in from the West. I would consider staying here again.

we ran into drunks in every hallway people asking for smokes outside the main door.outher people asking for money in the main loby partys in every second room.Its no wonder the ratings for this place have gone down.It reminded me of a older hotel down on main st.I wont be staying there again any time soon,.

I was very disappointed with my stay at the Polo Park Inn, I have stayed at the Canadinn Hotel at the Garden City Inn and Regent Hotel and was satisfied, but this last stay was very disappointing. Was not happy with the quality of service, starting with the front desk. When we were registering the employee andwered the phone at least three times. It […] made us feel that she didn't care about us being there. she registered us in a room close to the elevator, the room and bathroom were very small. I commented to the front desk and her response was, that all the rooms were like that and asked for my telephone number. Not an appology was said. The pool area was very dirty. Wet towels on the floor anywhere and towels in the pool. Plastic cups found in the pool. Looked like haven't been cleaned in a while. The room was kind of tiny if you have 2 kids. The toilet seat was broken. Very nice supper buffet so. Staff was very friendly and service very good.

Was not impressed about not knowing about the required 200.00 security deposit. I had a valid credit card not sure why a security deposit was needed. I would have liked to know this prior to booking my room as i would or could have opted for another hotel. What if i had not had the proper deposit or a credit card with a high enough limit? I would have […] been left without accomadations and would still be charged for a hotel room that is too late to cancel. It was ok, my grandaughter loved he waterslides. The rooms are small and are outdated. Definately needs a new paint job and new pictures, lamps etc. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel has a restaurant great breakfast and good price. Supper was mediocre, but restarant staff are very nice.

Close to all major facilities and not that far off from the new NHL Arena (MTS Centre). Fantastic restaurant located within. Had to turn off the Air Cond as was a bit noisy. Had to upplug desk light in order to plug in my computer. Could use a better instruction in using the TV. Had to search to find local channels.

The staff went beyond to help us. Had surgery on my wrist and the hotel staff made my experience easier. Nothing was a problem to help us. Very friendly and helpful.....would definitely stay there again. The restaurant was awesome too!

We had booked a standard two queen bed room when we reserved. When we arrived at the hotel we were informed that we were the guests of the day and they had upgraded us to a suite. What a surprise, the executive suit was beautiful and like a small appartment. When we walked in there was fresh fruit and cheese on the table for us. I would highly recommend […] this hotel. I t was a very clean and modern hotel. Room was impressive. The tv was the only problem ...couldn't get it turned on....but didn't matter with this stay as we didn't really need it. (maybe I am just not tech savvy enough). the bed was a bit soft but each person has their own preference.
