We enjoyed the convenient location(right on the Endicott campus). Literally a short walk to the beach. Staff was helpful and friendly. Bed was listed as Queen size but it was actually a full size which was a bit small for the two of us. Otherwise, very enjoyable and would stay there again.

Our son goes to college close by and we would stay here again. Very clean, staff was very nice and the breakfast was a bonus. Easy to get to and plenty of places to eat close by.

Great time would stay again. Close to public transportation. Unique hotel atmosphere--cozy, friendly, love decor.

Conveniently near the airport, The Ritz-Carlton, Boston Common is in the heart of Boston, within walking distance of Boston Opera House, Boston Common, and Boston Public Garden. Also nearby are Faneuil Hall Marketplace and Cutler Majestic Theatre.

"Ritz Carlton"
I frequently stay at high end Hotels and the Ritz- Carlton in Boston was one of the best. What stood out most was the Outstanding Customer Service we received. i was greated by name and they couldn't do enough to make sure my stay was enjoyable. Pretty very-well maintained hotel with helpful staff. We were only disappointed with the knowledge and ability of the concierge to help us find a particular bookstore.
"Ritz Boston Ma"
We wll go back at least twice a year. The Hotel is amazing, and it is very convenient to the shows and some great restaurants. Davio's Restaurant was close by and a wonderful experience. The hotel upgraded our room to an executive suite which was incredible. The staff from the doormen to the cleaning ladies all spoke English and were extremely friendly.
