Overall, this was a great hotel. They definitely focus alot on cleanliness which is great. There was no "weird smell" when we walked into the room, like some hotels. In fact, it smelled very fresh and clean. And no disgusting comforters that never get washed. The sound control left a little to be desired, any time one of our neighbors around us flushed, […] it made me jump a little bc I didn't expect it. We also were sandwiched in between terrible occupants who felt it was ok to have a party in the hallway. After I complained, the front desk staff and security asked them to stay in their rooms. That helped some, but it was still very loud and made it difficult for my toddler to sleep. The pool was great the first night we were there- a Thursday, the perfect pool for small children. Unfortunately, it was too busy any other time of the weekend to take our 2 year old. I think that would be a problem at any nice hotel though. The location was decent. It's in a bit of an industrial area, but it's a short drive to plenty of restaurants and a couple malls. Also, only a 10+ minute drive to the zoo and downtown. Just bring a navigation device! We thought the Omaha highway system was a little confusing. Overall, if we go to Omaha again I would definitely consider staying here again. Great hotel and at a good price! Read more

Pros: While the pool is very shallow (3 feet at its deepest), my older kids (11 & 9) enjoyed the slides and the floating rafts. The exercise room has a door leading to the pool area and windows that look in, so if you just have older kids you can work out while they are swimming. The pillows were numerous and comfy. The room service was top notch -- […] and they have a little notice you can put on your door the night before with your special requests (extra coffee, cleaning the room at a specific time). Cons: No free breakfast -- and the 10% off at the attached Perkins only goes so far. There were several groups (girl scouts, birthdays) while we were there, so be prepared for weekends to be busy -- especially at the pool. All told, it was a great stay. Read more

Until at least 10 at night their was a meeting right across the hall. The speaker was very loud and they let the door open. The wall had damage and the window was not clear.

Surprised by the cleanliness and excellent condition of the hotel, the added bonus of the attached Perkins restaurant. Can't beat the easy access to the hiway I-680 and I-80. This hotel is definintely worth staying at again.

Check in was super easy and the hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. My two sons, 6 & 4, had the best time at the kid friendly pool and my husband and I relaxed in the hot tub in the mean time. The pool was a highlight of our entire trip to Omaha! My only complaint would be that I wish the pool was slightly heated especially during the cold days. […] However, it didn't seem to bother the kids one bit. The hotel lobby and the room was very clean. The mattress was comfortable. I don't care for the small pillows but they do give you several of them. My husband's favorite part was Perkin's attachment and we ate there every morning. We came to Omaha to see the zoo, Union Pacific museum in Council Bluffs, and Kennefick Park (my boys LOVE trains). The hotel was in pretty good condition and our room was clean. The entrance and exit out of the hotel is pretty confusing as you have to go through the parking lot of a couple of neighboring businesses. The pool was small and VERY busy, but the slides were a huge hit with my small kids.

I do not know why they even have air control in your rooms because when I wanted cold air it never came. They had the heater running through out the entire hotel, so I had to open my window which then made it very noisy due to staying right by the hwy.

This hotel is the friendliest hotel I have ever stayed in. I can't believe how accomodating they are to dogs as well. They allowed us to have multiple guests at the pool. I will definetly stay here again.

Great value. Nice pool area that was kid friendly. Room was clean although the bed was a little hard for me. Everyone else was comfortable though. Quick check in/out. All in all, very happy.

We booked this hotel mainly because of the pool with the slides. Our three year old was as happy as could be! The hotel was very clean and staff was wonderful! The pool area is showing wear, but was clean. The bathrooms could use a facelift as well. We had a great time as a family and would stay again.

We had a very pleasurable stay. I was in town for busines and brought my mom and kids along. They were fully entertained while I was working.
