We found the room to be very clean and fresh. Enjoyed having a fridge and microwave for the leftovers from eating out. We plan to return to this particular Baymont next year and whenever we visit the lake shore area.

room was mostly clean, bathroom left a lot to be desired....pool area was chilly, and the hottub was FILTHY, you could see the dirt on the walls and stairs.

Overall stay was great, plan to stay there again. Breakfast selection was very good. Every bit of the hotel was clean and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend.

Room was fresh as well as all the linens, everything was as expected. Morning breakfast was simple but good (and the waffle maker was extra neat.) Only issue I had was having to wait ~5-10 minutes to get some extra towels in the morning, but this was only once during my multi-night stay and overall didn't effect my visit.

Dirty, run down with stains on chairs, floors and walls. FREE continental breakfast was always cleaned up before designated time.

Nothing really outstanding about this place, but it was comfortable. When I go back to Grand Rapids, I would stay there again. Clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was fine.

This hotel was very comfortable with excellent staff. The breakfast was really good too. We really enjoyed our stay. The price was low for this type of service.

Loved the location of the hotel. We had a little problem with our reservations but the hotel service took very good care of us in the meantime by placing us in a room right away! The room was extremely clean and bigger then i thought it would be. The pool and jacuzzi area was very nice aswell. They had a container full of pool noodles to play with that was really nice for the kids and adults alike. My only complaint is the hard bed my husband and i slept in. I am 4 1/2 months pregnant and i pretty much tossed and turned all night but other then that the room was very pleasent. Breakfast was really good as well.

Our stay at the Baymont Inn and Suites, Grand Rapids North, was very good. The staff was very helpful and the rooms were clean, and roomy. There is not a whole lot more to say other than I would definitely give it a above average reommendation.

We enjoyed our stay at the Baymont. The rooms were clean, complimentary breakfast was nice and the hotel staff was friendly. If I had one complaint, that would be that the mattresses in our room were to soft. I have been in hotels where they had the "Sleep Number" beds which allow you to adjust the softness/firmess of the mattress. I think this would be a nice added benefit as most people prefer different levels of softness/firmness. Overall, we were pleased with out experience and recommend this hotel.

the hot water was not really there, I told the desk they offered to change rooms or let us shower in a different room, but I just wanted hot water in my room. so hot water is need to improve on the 4th floor room 409

Need to keep animals quiet if they are allowing animals to stay there. They had a dog show nearby and the dogs at the hotel kept barking all night. Drove me nuts. The toilet paper was like sandpaper. Need to use different toilet paper, something a lot softer.

Most of our time was spent away form the hotel but it was nice to come back and relax there. My only suggestion for them is to up-date their beds. Even though they were comfortable if you weren't anchored to the out side of them, you rolled to the middle whether or not you wanted to. On the whole the hotel was clean, well cared for and complimentary breakfast, even though we did not partake in it, looked to be well maintained and satisfying to those we did see eating there.

Suggestions: because the toilet and shower are separate from the sink - a waste basket in the shower area would be helpful. Also there wasn't any kind of "ammenities" book in the room - i.e. we thought about a pay per view movie but had to call the front desk to find out how much it was. The people at the front desk were VERY helpful whatever we asked.
