The room was NICE. Floor plan with angled entry into a large bath/dressing area. King size bed was very comfortable. A computer desk with outlets was... also provided. The TV, however, was vintage 1990 (not exaggerating). An old, round-face tube TV that seemed in sharp contrast to the other amenities. Free wireless internet was provided, but I didn't use it. In addition to a continental breakfast, guests receive 15% off at the Denny's across the parking lot, or another nearby restaurant. The location is perfect for those who wish to visit the resorts in the area. You can get to the theme parks via a less-traveled "back door" route and avoid a lot of the traffic you would otherwise face on I-4. It's also a straight shot on Hwy 50 into downtown (takes about 15 minutes) and you can avoid the tolls. I would stay at this hotel again without a second thought. We stayed 3 nites for family visit in the area. Staff is very polite and professional. The bed sloped towards the middle, they really need new mattresses but pillows were nice. We could hear loud people out in the hallways late at night, sounded like they were in the room with us. The location worked well for us even though near Pine Hills (a/k/a crime […] hills)and before we checked in I was a little concerned about hearing that, but doors locked after hours and we felt safe in the neighborhood (nearby are Starbucks, Walmart, fast food and Denny's on property. Highly recommend a short drive over to downtown Winter Garden for great restaurants and fantastic pizza, really charming historic area for walking, shopping and site seeing. Read more

The floor we were on smelled like an ashtray, was supposed to be non smoking. The mattress box spring had a hole in it. They advertise flat screens in every room and the only flat screen was in the lobby. It wasn't the best but could have been worst.

The stay was not good. First you check in so late. Second we had a 2 night stay. We left at 9:30am did not return until 3:45pm and the room was still not service but on the day of check out. We get a knock on the door before 10am.

Nice lady at front desk. Perhaps it was 12/24-25, there was limited room service. The lady gave us the room that wasn't cleaned. When my bf and I stepped in, we thought we intruded into someone else room! lol Except that, everything was nice. 24-hr coffee, tea and chocolate is an attentive service.

It is a decent place, clean only one night there was a ruckus, someone was yelling and screaming...but then can you control everyone stay at your property. I don't blame the place for that so my experience was overall pleasant.

It was very peaceful & relaxing. Blanets didnt smell fresh & had two cigerattes burns on them in room 226.

It was a nice hotel and the desk people were nice. The room was clean and failrly nice. It was a no smoking room, but on the smoking floor. The smell of smoke in the hall was awful. The wall were thin and the people next door were laughing and and having a great time way into the wee hours of the morning. The price was very low so can not complain about […] that. Read more

Very nice for the price. We stayed while attending a wedding @ Tanner Hall. It was listed as an optIon with the wedding in invitation. Friendly staff. We loved the 24 hour coffee Bar in the Lobby. WE stayed in an accessible room that was very easy for me to get around in.

The rooms were very nice and clean. An added bonus for beach goers is that they had laundry facilities on-site. I'd definitely book with this location again.

We were very happy with our room. With many lower priced hotels, a lot is given up to bring the rate down. That was not the case here. The room was clean and cool. The shower and bathroom were in excellent condition.
