Room was very clean, as well as the rest of the hotel. Only complaint was breakfast was very skimpy and closed down way to early - closed by 10:30 on sunday morning.

I enjoyed it very much....although we had a few problems at the beginning of our stay, they were handled well and we were given a discount which was appreciated. I used to live in the area years ago and remember when the hotel was built into Quaker Square and this was the first time I stayed there. Needs a little updating but it is lovely still!

The hotel was very well located and the quality of the facility and service was very good. The only problem was that the key to the door lock to our room stopped working on the second day. Two trips to the desk didn't fix the problem. Thanks to the maid for letting us in. Interesting that the desk didn't ask for any identification when I asked for replacement keys.

was very cold at check in. finally got heater to work a little the first nite but was very noisy and got little sleep. then it quit the next day. then people checked in behind us in the smoking rooms and the smoke smell was so strong that we couldnt breath so we left.

Just a one night stop-over, but can't say I'll use this motel again. Musty smell in the room, but it is an older motel. Carpet and paint need to be refreshed. As far as that goes entire motel needs updating. Breakfast was a joke, but you get what you pay for. The only real complaint was that, from what I could see in the morning, they may have had 10 […] or so rooms occupied, but the desk put them all together, so we had loudly crying babies on one side and controlled arguing on the other. Clean room. Excellent front desk service at both arrival and departure. My ONE and ONLY complaint was the noise from the freeway. Awful! If you stay here make sure you ask for a room on the backside of the Red Roof Inn.

Had an end room - one bed (Queen bed). Due to outside stairwell cutting into part of the room there was hardly enough room on one side of the bed next to the wall to get in/out of bed. Bathroom very small and bathtub drain plugged/slow. Took over two hours to drain just 4 inches of water. Also, when I first turned on the water, found a clump of hair […] floating in the water. Also do not like Red Roof's policy of charging $1.50 for a safe in room which I never use. They claim they will deduct it from you bill when you check out but how does that work when you prepay on Expedia? Located far enough out in the country that your car is safe in the parking lot and it is safe to walk to the several adjacent restaurants even after dark. Unfortunately in my travels during the last few months I have found Red Roof's to be hit/miss. Some good, others not so good. Best to read the reviews before booking. Read more

The room was nice with a big flat screen. I always bring a HDMI cable and watch a DVD from my laptop. The bed was comfortable and clean. My room was a single queen. A bit smaller than a standard room but fine for me. Breakfast was weak, cereal, juice and muffins. If you just need a motel, then this is a very nice and a great value.

The hotel was cheap, convenient and paperwork was very easy. This stay was a last minute one night stay for a wedding near by. We got in late and left early with no hassles with paperwork etc. Also, great location for good food and convenient for passing through as its right near the highway.

Rafeal was great. Other aspects of hotel were disappointing. Pool was closed. Lack of ice machines. Air conditioning was completely off upon arrival, took over an hour to achieve comfortable temperature. Room was in good clean condition though.

Nice place to stay for a pretty low price. Able to walk to several good restaurants from hotel (BW's, Brown Derby, Arby's, Bob Evans).

First day found bathtub full of hair. Room was not really clean. Needed to be vacuum. Stayed an extra night and they upped price by $10.00. Will never stay at a Red Roof Inn again.

The room was clean and comfortable. Our family was disappointed, however, because the pool was closed. We had planned to swim at least once during our stay. Apparently, the pool had a leak and it didn't look as if it would be fixed anytime soon. Another problem we encountered was during the free continental breakfast. Although they had plenty of cereal, […] they were out of milk and the coffee machine made lousy coffee. We had to go to a nearby gas station for milk and coffee. Over all just satisfied. Very thin walls and ceiling. Something I noticed was the people walking in the room above us. Other guest running and load right outside our room. There is confusion when this motel is listed by internal street name. rather than saying it is on Medina Road. Garmin cannot find it. The hotel room was clean, however it did smell musty. Location was convienent for our purpose. A bit upset that the pool was not open despite the 90 heat! No mention of this was made when I called to ask if they had a pool prior to booking the room.

rooms much smaller than the picture makes them out to be the pool was still closed from the winter in june one of the reasons we picked that hotel was the outside pool we were very disappointed

The room was clean. Staff is wonderful at this motel. For the money, it was excellent. Coffee is not the best, wi-fi works well.
