This is a very nice quality place and it shows that the staff and management care. Very clean, comfortable and quiet and the pool was excellent. I would definitely stay here again. We enjoyed our time here. Thank you.

I had stayed in a Best Western Plus in Indiana and it was so spotlessly clean, I decieded to stay at another one on my trip to Branson. I was just as pleased with this location as the first one. The service was excellent both locations,too. I would stay at these hotels again.

The biggest disappointment with this motel was that the third day our room was not cleaned at all and the beds were unmade; we needed the trash emptied and the dirty towels removed and fresh ones left. We were out of the room from about 10 till 3 that afternoon and nothing had been done. We did not want it cleaned that late because we were napping in […] the afternoon. Housekeeping did bring us some fresh linens later in the day. On the plus side, the full breakfast was very good and the menu varied. The beds were okay and the extra pillows welcome. The Hotel was very comfortable and close to everything without having to deal with trafffic on the main road. The Morning breakfast area could be larger, as it was very congested, but the hotel was full due to the weekend car show.

It was August in Branson. 99 degrees and humid. The first room we went into had a broken window that was hanging wide open. It was literally 95 deg in our room. The staff quickly gave us a new room that was adjacent to the first so we had little trouble moving. That room was hot too, but we thought the air just needed adj, but it was no less than 86 […] deg most of the night. The desk person gave us a fan, so we slept ok. The room never got below 82 deg during our 3 night stay. Other than that, the hotel was fine and the staff was good. Just don't stay here when it is hot out, unless they do some air cond work. Paid for extra people but asked for a rollaway. They wanted to charge $10 for that. Air Conditioner did not work but they got maintainence out quickly. Pool and hot tub were too cold so other customers complained. Did not fill coffee in room or provide enough towels throughout the stay. They seemed responsive but it felt that we had to address several […] things. The room did not match the pictures and the front desk lady said we could not book the deluxe rooms through this site so I am not sure why they are on there. She also told me how much I paid for the room which was a considerable amount less than what I paid so I am assuming hotels.com is taking a pretty large chunk for their cut.
