"Not as nice as it used to be"
I've stayed in this hotel several times before, all of them having been a few years ago. The condition of the hotel doesn't seem to be quite as good as it was back then. I will probably stay here again, though, because the service, location, and size of the rooms are all still very desirable.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great Midtown/Vanderbilt Hotel"
I had a wonderful stay at the Embassy Suites-Vanderbilt. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. Unfortunately on the first night, a pipe burst in my room. The hotel staff response was quick and decisive, relocating me and comping my room for the issue. Otherwise, my stay was comfortable. I would definitely return.Genuine Expedia guest review
Maintenance needs to pay more attention to details. The televisions in my suite were not connected and I had to call the front desk. They sent maintenance immediately and had the matter corrected promptly.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Close to Vanderbilt"
Great location, plus shuttle serviceGenuine Hotels.com guest review
It was amazing. We loved the bed!! The breakfast was awesome also!!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Embassy suites Nashville"
Excellent hotel with a family. The breakfast was so good. Lots of options ever morning. Plus loved the 2 drinks and appetizer every night. Highly recommend!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Clean and friendly"
We had a very nice experience here! The staff was great. Great breakfast buffet. Enjoyed it very much!Genuine Expedia guest review
I travel a good deal of time and always compare on hotel to my gold standard. The Embassy Suites in Nashville is now my gold standard. The hotel staff makes the difference and this staff could not have made by stay more enjoyable. Special mention needs to be addressed to the shuttle to downtown, the drivers were terrific.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Family Time at Nashville Embassy Suites"
Overall I think that the Hotel rated a "10". It was the perfect location, with parking on my level with quick access. There was also quick access to and from I- 65 and I-40. The staff was exceptional, very professional and outstanding. The only minor adjustment would be more variety of the breakfast bar and have parents escort their children at breakfast. […] Great time and a great stay. I will go there again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great place to stay if you can afford the parking"
I loved our stay at the hotel, the rooms were clean, the breakfast delicious and the staff was very friendly. The only problem that we had was the parking. we were not informed that it would cost $18 dollars a day to park there nor were we prepared for such a small, tight garage.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great place to stay close to downtown"
We stayed here for the 4th of July weekend. We enjoyed the free shuttle serviced to downtown (although we had to walk back as there was so much traffic the shuttles couldn't get through). Breakfast was great as always but they were a little overwhelmed the morning of the fifth.Genuine Expedia guest review
Everything was fine. The included breakfast was terrific. Lots of restaurants in the area so making a choice was not easy. Staff was great; the young man at the concierge desk was terrific.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great place to stay"
We were in town for a bachelorette party, and upon arrival the valet workers were very welcoming and even unpacked our cars and took our things to our rooms. The workers at the desk were also friendly and helpful. The down side is water pressure in the shower isn't the best, and the waitress at the hotel restaurant was not very friendly.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Came for a long relaxing weekend with no big agend"
My wife and I found the Hotel and it's staff to be great. For us it was a perfect location, far enough from all the downtown activites but just a shuttle ride away. It was nice to get the free ride to downtown Nashville and when we were ready to come back just give a call to the Hotel and with in 10 to 15 min. we were picked up at the drop off location. […] The room was very clean and the morning breakfast was perfect. We enjoyed all the bars and eating places right around the Hotel , all with in walking distance ( 1 to 2 blocks ). Hotel was very busy that weekend but all was quiet and enjoyable.( Hattie B's has the best fried chicken in Tn, right across the street ). Again I will always stay there when I visit Nashville again. "Not Our First Stay"
This Embassy Siutes is wonderful, from check-in to check-put. We've stayed here several times & never disappointed! The Manager's reception is a great time to relax & reflect on the day, over complimentary cocktails. Who doesn't like free. The breakfast is amazing compared to the competition.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"To far to walk to music row"
Nice hotel but if you want to walk to music row it is to far. We booked it with hopes of walking but was to far. Next time I will try to find a place a little c Oder to the a Fiona of music row.Genuine Expedia guest review
We had a great stay at embassy suites. We used the shuttle service quite a bit. We had stayed last summer at embassy suites in DC. Nashville lobby seemed larger and we didn't have to wait in line at breakfast. Breakfast was really good with everything you could want.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Great location! Right around a number of fun neighborhoods but easy to get to Broadway and the honky tonks with the convenient shuttle downtown!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Tourist in Music City"
The actual hotel was spacious. World's smallest pool. Breakfast was great, even made my omelet on request. Excellent area to eat breakfast too. Next to restaurants and pubs. Room was spacious. It was a long hike to the touristy District, but near Parthenon, a park, and Vanderbilt. Parking was overpriced, but valet guy helped us a lot.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I loved every minute of it. Thank you!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Nice hotel, with one major flaw"
This was our first trip to Nashville and we were satisfied with the hotel staff and room. However, the temperatures hovered around 100 degrees with matching humidity, perfect pool weather, except there is no pool at this hotel. Would have to consider other accommodations next time in town. Other than that, the staff members were very helpful, the omelet […] chef at the complementary breakfast was excellent and the afternoon cocktail party was decent. Still, the no pool weighs heavily. Close to Vanderbilt, over a mile walk to the honky tonks and close to some nice restaurants. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Very pleasant stay, bathroom was a bit run-down but the staff was nice and it was a great location!Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice hotel Vanderbilt area"
We stayed overnight during CMA fest. We arrived before check in time and were allowed to leave bags with valet.Hotel provided free shuttle to downtown which was just a short ride and very convenient. We didn't return to hotel until until midnight, picked up our bags and checked into a the spacious suite. Room was perfect since we were traveling with […] our adult daughter and her friend. There was a separate bedroom area and a sleeper sofa in living room area.Room was very clean and comfortable. We took advantage of the free breakfast in the am.Hotel could use a little updating. Noticed small things like loose wallpaper and scuff marks but overall a good experience and would stay there again.Spent a little time the next day around Vanderbilt area.Seemed like a great area to hit the bars and restaurants. Wish we could have stayed longer. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Great place to stay, wish the front desk clerks were a bit more friendly. That was my only complaint.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Close to downtown"
Needed a nice place to stay while enjoying the Country Music Festival downtown.Genuine Expedia guest review
Our stay was great! The shuttle service was a life saver! 5 of us stayed in a two double bed suite with a pull out couch. We were in Nashville to experience CMA Fanfest 2014. What an amazing stay. This neighborhood is really great and Embassy Suites provided a shuttle to get us downtown. If you stay here check out all of the nearby restaurants and bars. […] Winners, Losers, Red Door Saloon(look in the hole in the floor), J & Js cafe, Two Boots Pizza, and Tavern are all perfect spots. Also this place is pretty close to Centennial Park so make sure you go there, recommend you go at dusk to see it in the day and at night lit up. Lightning bugs can be found at this park as well in case you don't have them where you live like me in California. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Felt like home; great location"
The rooms were clean. The shuttle service was nice to get downtown. The staff was very friendly. The only complaint we have is that we wanted to book our room for next year and that could not be done. We would encourage your hotel to somehow keep of a list of customers that would like first dibs on a room for the following year CMA Fest. It would only […] be good business to honor your loyal customers and HHonors customers. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Super nice staff, very close to downtown with shuttle service all day, clean rooms, great breakfast service. Will return!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Excellent service/Great Location/Great rooms!"
We had an amazing time. Winners & Losers Bar is right across the street. Hattie B's across the way is a MUST for the best fried chicken you've ever tasted. Shuttles to downtown area were quite convenient! We'll stay there again next time we're in town.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Perfect downtown location"
Park your car & walk to great bars & restaurants in midtown. Clean, safe, friendly & fun. Great place to stay while visiting Naahville!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I liked that there was a free shuttle to Downtown Nashville.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Only two complaints - the $22 parking per day. And it was way too far of a walk to downtown. Shuttles for the hotel might as well been non existent. Although The PERFECT spot for midtown and only a walk away, which is awesome for night life and restaurants.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel is typical of Embassy Suites. Large atrium, which can be noisy at times. I was in a corner so not a problem. Was forced to take my car downtown as shuttle driver got confused. Or something and was late. Staff was terrific and business center was fully stocked and functional. If you have business at Vanderbilt or the music area, it is convenient. […] Not so much for downtown, but still only 4 minutes, so not really a problem. Would stay again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Unpleasant Overnight Stay"
Embassy Suites at Vanderbilt has a beautiful lobby. I will never stay here again, because of the parking issue and the loud live band playing till 11:00 every night. This was very unacceptable. I paid for one night, and didn't get a decent night's rest, due to the loud music. Secondly, why are guest charged per day to park in the garage? This is very […] expensive considering the room rate per night. The garage is very tight and the parking spaces are small, anyone with a larger vehicle will have a hard time backing in. "Nice, friendly hotel close to downtown."
Great visit to Nashville and this hotel added to that.Genuine Expedia guest review
Everyone was fabulous from the shuttle drivers/organizers to clerks at front desk and even the staff at breakfast! Everyone always had a smile on their face! I was very pleased with my stay at your hotel!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I booked this hotel for an important business associate who was visiting Nashville. On the last night of her stay her IPHone charger broke. She called the front desk to see if they had a charger (most hotels do now). They told her they could charge her phone, but she would need to leave it at the front desk. When she arrived at the front desk, she asked […] if the phone would be in a secure place. The man behind the desk threw the phone back at her and said "that's insulting and now I won't charge your phone" - please! What an awful way to treat a guest. I WILL NEVER use this hotel again! From check in to check out the entire staff was courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. The best all around service I've experienced from a complete staff in years. Highly recommend.Genuine Expedia guest review
Staff was very friendly and offered good recommendations for dinner. Shuttle service was limited, but amazing driver.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I will never stay at a Hilton owned hotel again. They have mediocre customer service, antiquated wifi sevice & business center (when my brand new Mac laptop can't pick up service anywhere in hotel). As a business person, I was not happy. I had to wake up at 4am to try to use my computer as I had no luck the night before. Still no luck. I was next to […] elevator and my room faced a Chueys restaurant that blasted loud music tip early in morning. We checked out & relocated to another hotel ( that was 40% cheaper, better food, staff & quiet.) Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great time in Nashville"
We went for a girls weekend - right when we pulled up we wanted to take advantage of the happy hour. The service was great- everyone friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great too. We loved the restaurants & bars right around the hotel. Shuttle was quick & easy to get us to Broadway.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Ask for a higher floor"
The Embassy Suites is very convenient to downtown and Vanderbilt. Maybe too convenient - at night, I could clearly here music and nightlife from outside in my second floor room. The property is also showing its age - furniture, mattress, sheets were all pretty worn. But the suites are very comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast and complementary […] happy hour are great! I'd stay here again - as long as I could get a room on a higher level! "Very nice rooms"
Hotel for the most part was very clean. I had a bad experience in the gym. There were too many college kids in the gym Sunday morning and there were beer bottles everywhere. Wound up going out for a run since gym was a disaster.Genuine Expedia guest review
Nice place friendly people and happy hour from 530 to 730 all you can drink.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was delicious. The walk was a bit far from downtown but the hotel shuttle was very convenient. We would stay again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great hotel in Nashville!"
Booked online. Didn't know how clean and comfortable my stay would be. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Loved the hotel and if back in Nashville....that's where I will stay.Genuine Expedia guest review
Great location- the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly the only issues were there was only one bartender on duty during the Manager's Reception which cause the line to be very long on Friday night and the breakfast buffet did not open on time Sunday morning.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Hotels ten minute walk from downtown and is located on music row by tons of bars and restaurants. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast Buffett with a create your own omelet and eggs. Also they have a free happy hour 530-730. Awesome hotel!Genuine Expedia guest review
This is my first ever negatively charged internet survey. I say that to emphasize I'm not a serial complainer. Vanderbilt Embassy Suites in Nashville is a poorly managed hotel. - We walked in to dirty sheets on the pull out sofa - I had to fix the toilet from running; - The tub drained slowly so you took a shower in dirty water. - The breakfast bar […] food area was dirty and overrun - hot food was not replenished. I'd accept most of this, but it was $379 a night - $408 with tax. Not a good experience, not a god value. I wouldn't recommend it. With my not even mentioning it, my teenage son said "let's not stay here again, it's not very nice." Wisdom from a child... Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
