the stay was good, but there was a person at the hotel at 1:00am in the morning that did not belong there and when i called the staff to inform that he was walking around the car and being suspicious the staff informed me he couldn't do anything until the guy did something wrong. It was scary

The room smelled horrible like old fridge being closed when unplugged but it was clean. The elevator is very old, didn't work on one day for couple of hours. The breakfast was not worth waking up for. It was only donuts, muffins and coffee.

If you are the kind of person who expects five star hotel for your bargain basement rate, nothing I say will make you happy with any location, let alone this one. But if you are realistic about getting what you pay for, I don't think you will be disappointed with this 3 story motel. If you can get past the gawd awful color of the building, this hotel is a great value. It is in a convenient location, has a pool side bar, and a restaurant. It is an older building but the room is as good as any motel I have paid more for. The staff that I dealt with was friendly and polite. The only problem I had was resolved with little ado. I had wanted to use the inroom safe, but it was not working. When the desk clerk also could not get the safe to work, she switched me to a new room with no problem. Also, an added surprise, when I asked about wireless internet connection for my computer I was told it was only available in the lunch room adjoining the lobby. However, when I opened the computer up in my room, the wireless connection was available- an added plus. I will definitely try to book here again next time I head to Ft Lauderdale.

We stayed here 4th of July weekend. We had an excellent time and the rooms were large enough for four to six people. The balcony was the best because we would wake up to the Beautiful View of the Ocean. The bar was great and the prices for food were very reasonable. This hotel is located in great part of Fort Lauderdale shops and restaurants were all walking distance. The room was great for the price and the staff on call was very helpful. We will be staying here again I am sure of that.

I booked this room last minute for 4th of July weekend. I was very surprised at the room for the price. It was clean and it had a great view of the beach with a private balcony. If your on vacation and want a cheap, clean, room; I recommend it. I would stay here again. You can't beat the price and there is a lot to do within a few blocks.

Very satisfied with my recent stay.I was able to get a late checked out and a upgraded room! The tiki bar was so much fun! I will book again.

The hotel is in a really great spot to walk to shops and dinning areas or just stay at the hotels pool and bar. Night life is only about two miles or so down. This location of the hotel is really good and so, was front desk service. Things could be a bit more updated but, for a short stay it was fine. We would stay again if we had too.

This was our second stay here, the hotel is not high class but for what you normally have to pay in this area, it's good. Room's are clean, we could of found lots of repair jobs re basic decor, to do. Negative said, they have a friendly bar, with music and great food !. Resonable prices too. We arrived very late but having a CVS shop just across the road ( open 24 - 7 ), we bought a bottle of wine & snacks, sat on the balcony, enjoying the first night of hols. I would recommend this hotel to most traveller's. Good location too, but bare in mind in USA you need a car, or take the trolley to get around, nothing is a 2min walk!.

we had to walked 20 minutes to the beach, no parking space at the hotel and the room stunk a lot, we had to buy air fresherner and even with that was stinky...Awful experience

We were told that the hotel was on the beach, this is not true. You had to walk about 5 blocks to even get to public access. Also we paid through hotels.com before we went and then we got charged again when we got there. The hotel is a total dive. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We could smell the room before we even entered, think dirty feet and mold. The sliding door to the room was open, so obviously the hotel staff realized it smelled awful prior to our stay and attempted to air it out rather than giving us our money back or a different room. The towels were dirty, the bathroom was dirty, everything was dirty.

Cheap rate, cheap hotel. Room smelt, shower drain didn't drain. Door between rooms was broken.

Although the hotel isn't very old it seems like it is. The rooms smell of mold and mildew. The management seems to be doing repairs but they have a long way to go.

Probably one of the dirtiest rooms we and the rest of our family have EVER stayed in---stained sheets and towels and not enough towels for the 4 of us. There were an old pair of sneakers under one of our beds and a moldy filled water bottle as well. My sister's family's room had french fries, food packs and other food items under their bureau and when they asked for clean towels they were denied them. The carpet on the floor was black and filthy. Suggest you remove this hotel from your list!!!!

This hotel is a bit older and needs some remodeling. However, it was decent for the money and for a short stay. It was in a convienient location. One down side, parking, only a few spots for a good sized hotel.

The hotel I stayed in looked great on the internet. When I got there it was a different story. The parking lot had trash everywher. And the beachfront view is blocked by a large condominium. The front desk clerks at night and daytime were rude and one even answered his cellphone during my checkout process. I would not recommened staying here at all. The roach motel would have been better.

The rooms were outdated and we had ants in the bathroom. The glass on the sliding door was broken. However, the food at the restaurant was great.

Our room 115 or 116 smelled horrible. One of two mirrors in the bathroom was missing, and nasty black glue still stuck on the wall, gross mildew stains on the drywall under where the mirror was supposed to be. The pool area is actually pretty nice, the room stunk, was filthy and pretty much needed a complete remodel. It served our purpose of an overnight - precruise stay near the beach just fine. 30 dollar cab ride from the airport and 24 to the cruise terminal. We wanted to take our daughter to the beach, which is across the boulevard, and a nice walk north for beach access at a hotel. the beach is wonderful. that and the pool area fit what we we were looking for perfectly. the room didnt.

The hotel and rooms are old and dirty - not worth the money you pay.

Ikke et sted jeg vil anbefale. Morgenmaden består af brød, kaffe og te.

Liegt an einer viel befahrenen Strassen, Zimmer zweckmässig eingerichtet, nicht ganz so sauber. Frühstück war im Preis mit inbegriffen.
