What drew me to this hotel was the free parking! Yes, they offer free parking in New York. The location is great, about 4 blocks from the train and a 30 minute train ride into the city. The only down side was the hotel hallways smelled like cigarette smoke and it's not the Ritz but it does the job for a couple nights of sleep.

The hotel staff was extremely accommodating to our request to check in very early and park our car at the hotel. The room was very clean and the neighborhood is quiet. While the hotel building doesn't look great on the outside (what building does in Queens?), it was one we would stay at again and would recommend to others who have business in the area.

We were pleasantly surprise with the hotel and the room that we had stayed in. Closest subway was 10-15 min. walk away and the neighbourhood wasn't too bad either. Breakfast was below avarage but overall I would recommend this hotel for anyone who like to visit New York.

Very happy with hotel at price paid. Staff were extremely helpful at all times. Hotel in what appeared to be a safe area and two block walk to subway. Breakfast perfectly adequate but you need to get there early for seating. Only slight criticism was that some rooms were smoking and could smell strong stench of smoke in corridors. Would recommend.

IT WORK FOR ME, CLEAN & GOOD PRICE, BUT I WOULD RECOMENDED FOR YOUNG COUPLES BECAUSE THE WALK TO THE TRAIN STATION IS A GOOD LONG 10 MIN UP HILL AND DARK AT NIGHT, YOU FILL THE WALK AFTER A COUPLE OF DAYS. ALSO ANOTHER + LOT OF PARKING SPACES IF YOU HAVE A RENTAL CAR. GOOD SERVICE IN THE FRONT DESK + NICE BREAKFAST. QUIET HOTEL AND NEIGBORHOOD EVEN WITH THE EXPRESS WAY IN FRONT.

We stayed here while in town to watch the US Open. The staff were great, always willing to help us with anything we asked of them. The hotel is just of the LIE and has parking. The hotel it self is in between a light industrial area and a quite nice neighborhood. The walk to the #7 subway took about 10-15 minutes. If our travels take us to the NY city we will definitely come back, especially if we drive to NY.

This hotel is slightly aloof from all the attractions. The nearest Subway is almost a mile away(10-15 minute walk). While returning at night you may want to consider taking a Taxi as this area is pretty quiet at night. Rooms are small but I guess that would be the case with most NYC hotels. Still a bit pricey for what this hotel has to offer.

This hotel was great. It exceeded all the expectations we had. We had a little trouble finding it but we did. The staff was so friendly. The front desk girl name Jessica was so friendly. She told us the quickest way to the subway and really help us during our stay. The breakfast was great since it was free. We had something new each day. The room was clean and was exactly what the description said. The refrigerator and microwave was clean and very useful. The neighborhood was quiet even through we were by the highway. This is a great hotel and it is only about 7 stops from Times Square. I am definitely going to stay her again.

you are in time square in 20 minutes, 10 minutes walk to sub station and 10 minutos in the sub. the downside is the smell in the rooms, i think the smells is cause by the room carpet.

This is probably the best place to stay I've ever found in the NYC area! The hotel is very nice, pretty luxurious actually for a hotel of its kind. The rooms were great, the staff was very nice and friendly, the free continental breakfast was awesome and the best of all is the location. This hotel is right next to the midtown tunnel and pretty close to the Queensboro bridge. Cost of a cab to midtown from the hotel is very affordable, especially if going with a group of people. There's also a subway station within a 5 block walk or so, which I didn't use this time due to being on a rush to get to the city, but I will try to use on my next stay. This was definitely a bang for the buck. I highly recommend it and will stay there again for sure.

This is the second time my fiancée and I have stay here and it continues to be great experience. The staff is incredibly nice and the stuff you get in the room is a plus for the price. I always bring food back after we eat out, so it's nice to have a fridge in the room to store it. The room was recently redone (new carpeting). The place is not far from the T and therefore good for those who take take the bus in.
