      I stayed here for two nights for a business convention at another location. The room was very comfortable and clean and a perfect respite from all the meetings.

      "Great, but.... shuttle service was HORRIBLE!" Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Feb 25, 2013

      Overall, my stay was great. The staff was friendly and accmodating. The only problem we had was that the shuttle made us wait over an hour to be picked up and we had to call for a pick up 4 different times. Each time we called, we were promised the driver would arrive in less than 15 minutes. The shuttle driver said he "stopped" to pick us up once but we didn't get on... I just remember running down the other side of the highway trying to catch him as he didn't even slow down or attempt to stop and pick us up (remind you, we had been waiting at designated pick up as directed for over 30 minutes at this point). It was probably a fluke that the shuttle service was horrible, however, I have to put it out there. Everything else was safe, clean, friendly and convinent.

      Overall it was a good stay. But only one problem .... They double booked our room and we had someone else walk into our room while we were there. So that was a bit..... well we double locked the door after that.

Also, we chose this hotel because it said there was an exercise and game room. We did not see either. I wouldn't call a pool table in the swimming area a game room.     We were very pleased with the staff and the room for a motel at this price level. However like most motels in this price range noise from other rooms and the hallway were very noticable.

    When we arrived at the hotel, we got a handicap room, we didn't need it either. I reserved the hotel 5 months in advance, so it was strange that we got that room. The sink was clogged from the previous guests, I brushed my teeth, and the sink would not go down. There were no towels in our room either. We were also missing lamp shades.
