This is one of the best Hamptons we have stayed in. The entire hotel was impecable. The best part was the staff. We could tell by the way the staff spoke to their co workers that they were a small workplace family already. Which made us feel as at home as going to visit another family. The manager had ordered pizza for his staff, and offered us a piece. […] In all of my travesl I have never stayed at a hotel that made us feel so at home. Stayed for 1 night with my family. 2nd time staying in a Hampton Inn. My only gripe: Too much chlorine in the pool and hot tub. But it was nice that it had a high ceiling so you're not choking on the smell or the humidity. Front desk had my key ready when I arrived. Manager on duty was very nice & helpful. Room was clean, cooled down & quiet. Beds […] were made & very comfortable. Room included wireless or wired internet. They supplied the LAN cable (another plus). Breakfast was more than enough. We had cheese omelettes, sausage patties, waffles, juices, fruit salad, yogurt, bagels, biscuits, milk, coffee...Do I need to go on? Plus the staff was very friendly, including room service and breakfast duty. Checkout was a breeze. Just hand the keys over to the front desk. We would stay again if ever in Tulsa area. Read more

We were soo pleased with the serice the hotel offered. Breakfast daily was great. We had a big group for a wedding, and hotel staff was great in letting us use the lobby to sit and catch up each night after the festivities. I would definitely stay there again!!

This hotel is not right in Sand Springs but only a couple of miles away. It was in a residential neighborhood with some nice apartments across the street.The rooms were large and clean with good beds. They also have mini fridges and microwaves. We ate the breakfast the 2 days we stayed and felt it was above average with good coffee and plenty of seating […] in the breakfast room. This hotel rated above my expectations. The complimentary breakfast that I ate 5 mornings in a row was great and there was something different every morning. The staff was very accomidating and rooms were updated and very clean (the maid service at this hotel deserves a pat on the back). The office center, pool and hottub were very nice. The only part […] about this hotel that dissapointed me was the location. There is only 2 or so resturaunts near by and they are not of high quality. There is however a K-Mart close by for last minute things. That being said any resturaunt you could want is within 15 or so minutes. I definately stay at this hotel. I actually already booked another 5 night stay for the end of the month for another conference I will be attending at OSU osteopatic med school which is a 5-8 minute drive even during rush hour traffic. The sound of water running in the toilet, as if someone flushed in the next room, woke me from my sleep the first night. The second night the person in the next room had their tv up so loud, at 11:30pm, I could recite the dialogue on his tv as if I was sitting in the room. The person at the front desk, Bill, when I called said he would check the room. […] Instead of bringing a key to the room with him he comes to the room and knocks. No answer he goes back downstairs. I called again about the noise. I tell him I want to move to another room because I have to get up early. He says he will get the keys to my new room, check the room, and come to give me the keys. As I wait for him to bring me the keys I step outside my room to see if he has arrived and I see him coming out of the noisy room. He decided to go back to the noisy room instead of first checking the room I am to move to. He later said it was because he wanted to turn the man's tv down. I told him that since I was waiting for him to bring me the key as he said I didn't appreciate him disregarding that and going back to the noisy room before moving me. To this he said that was more important. Here customer service for you. Oh did I mention how he had to pass my old room to get to the noisy room. He didn't think it was a good idea to knock and let me know he is on the floor and going to the new room. Over all this is an okay hotel when the sauna works and the staff are courteous and helpful. Everything was fine when we checked in. The problems didn't start until the next day when the door to the pool/hot tub/sauna wouldn't open. Perhaps this wouldn't have been a big deal but we were traveling with children and it was Christmas. Other distrations were not available to us because of the holdiay. Then the next day the hotel notified us we […] needed to use the hot water within a certian time frame as they were having plumbing issues and we would be without. I was told that the hotel would compensate me but they never followed thru. Not great customer service in the end. Read more

We rented 2 rooms for our family get- together and everyone had a great time. The pool was warm, the hot tub was hot and even the teen-agers had a good time. Not much close-by to eat but many places within a short drive and about 10-15 minutes to downtown Tulsa.

This hotel is located across from a really nice set of apartments complexes, it is a really quiet location. The hotel staff was really nice when i checked in and i had my room keys and wifi access number within 8 minutes. The room was very clean, and the bathroom even had a magnified mirror! It was quiet at night, no one was slamming doors, in and out, […] however i was on the 3rd floor. They have a bar and grill within walking distance but other than that you have to drive about 3 miles to get something to eat. It was easy access off the highway and a very well lit parking lot. The only issues i had were the breakfast items were few to chose from by 9 and breakfast lasts til 10, the pool was a little cool, and my last night there i was awaken to a fire alarm at 5:20 am, it was a false alarm caused by the hotel staff burning a waffle but it was still a very scary experience. I would recommend this hotel because it is very clean and the staff is really nice but im not sure if i would return due to the fire alarm incident. Was in Tulsa for one night. Convenient to downtown Tulsa, a pain to get back to with road construction, but found my way. Room was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was above the normal Hampton Inn and there were plenty of tables and chairs. Would definitely recommend and stay again if in the area.
