"Hampton Inn stay in Sand Springs"
I was not impressed! I generally like the Hampton Inn, but this time....the first impression was the clerk who checked us in - not friendly at all. The room - we were on the 2nd floor and just below us was a bench where at least a half dozen young people were gathering - laughing, talking loudly for at least two hours at bedtime. When we walked into the hotel, it had a sign stating that they were going through remodeling and if you were not satisified for any reason, they would refund your money. OK..... sounds like they are making every effort to take care of the customers. The hallways were rundown and had small construction debris. The "flat" wheels on the valet got stuck […] a few times and would run into walls. We were on the 3rd floor so once we arrived I put the key into the lock, pushed everything into the room and turned to collaspe on the bed. Hampton Inn is known for their wonderful bedding....right??? Well, I do have pictures of what they claim to be the "New" bedding. The Duvet had a stitched in pattern that was raised and scratchy and the inner quilt had....well..... I think it was a cheap quilt that had been washed repeatedly and bunched up and balled up in each little pouch. If you can imagine sleeping with 4"balls of batting on top of you. So this is what I saw when I walked into the room. I showed the desk manager the picture and asked them about it, stating that it was HORRIBLE and I was told that this is the "NEW" Hampton bedding. "Not Bad At All"
The Hotel itself is lovely -- it's just in a slightly lousy setting. There isn't any food really near by -- there's quick enough access to the highway, but you're going to have to drive to get anywhere for food... and the nearby neighborhoods aren't the best for food. The staff did a great job.Rooms were very clean.Would stay there again if I am in Tulsa.The Hotel is currently under partial renovation and this should be a major improvement for there guest in the future.

Although the pool was closed for repair (after all, it's January), the hotel was clean, modern, quiet and clean. Great value. The beds were up to Hampton excellent standards. TV was pure DIRECT TV. Made channel selection easy for us. Complimentary Wi-Fi. Friendly and courteous staff. Ample parking. HVAC worked well. Elevator wait times were ill. Very quiet.

Great value and friendly staff will defenitely stay agin the next time I am in Tulsa on business or pleasure. We stayed to see the Garth Brooks concert at the BOK center. The pool and spa were not available since they were being renovated and they ran out of breakfast since they were over booked that weekend.
"Great Motel for the price"
We stayed at this motel for a one night stay after a concert that we had attended. We had a very clean room, and the staff was very helpful!! I would definitely recommend this motel! No complaints at all.

Our family of 5 stayed at this hotel every year during the Xmas Holiday Seasons since it's built, 10+years. The kids loves the hot breakfast buffet and the indoor pool/spa. 24/7 hot drink station and hot cookies each evening is a plus for us when we meet up with family members and relatives at the hotel. Rooms are clean and quite quiet for a good night sleep. Once in a while there is a hiccup with the room or bathroom but the staff took care of the situation right away.

I really appreciated the friendly, Southern-style hospitality and friendliness I received from the attentive staff at Hampton Inn Sand Springs. My husband and I were visiting with several other guests for a wedding and we felt the stay was more like home than a hotel. The staff met all our requests with kindness. Our busy schedule was lightened by the availability of free breakfast in a well-appointed dining area and a self-serve coffee bar that was available 24/7. While the hotel is somewhat of a drive from Tulsa and there are limited dining options, it was a comfortable stay and the hotel was clean. I would definitely stay there again if I return to the area!

This is one of the lower cost Hampton Inns in Tulsa, but we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. The hotel has been nicely refurbished to light, bright colors. They have one of the better fitness rooms for a Hampton Inn. Their complimentary breakfast area is very nice and the food quality and variety are as good as any Hampton Inn. The staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Our room was very nice, but we did experience a loose shower head. For some reason there was padding only under part of the carpet. I strongly recommend this Hampton Inn with understanding you might experience a few minor maintenance issues.

We stayed in Tulsa for an evening. The hotel that we wanted to stay in was already full so the agent recommended the Hampton Inn Sandsprings. The staff were friendly. The room was really nice. We enjoyed our time.
"Run down, dirty, and has bugs"

We booked to stay for 2 nights. We had been here before. The hotel has not been kept up. The only room available still had dirty q tips in the trash; hair all over the bathroom floor and towels; and I killed 2 bugs in the room in the short time I was there.

This Hampton Inn was fantastic. Good location and easy to get to. Everything was clean and updated, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, not big on the omelet but that was just a personal thing. We didn't use the swimming pool so can't comment on it but it looked clean.
