This little hotel has location, location, location! It is less than 5-10 minutes walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, & Tempolo Adriano. It is about 15-20 minutes from the Coliseum, the Forum, and Vittoria Emmanuelle, around 25-30 minutes from Piazza del Popolo, and a half hour from the Vatican. Seconds away from the main artery Via Del Corso, you can’t get a better location for a more reasonable price. The front desk staff is wonderful and Tomosso in particular will not hesitate to recommend the best restaurants and tell you how to get to all the sites within Rome. He recommended fabulous restaurants and mapped out a walkable itinerary of sites daily for us. If you don’t care to walk, the hop on hop off bus is two minutes away. What really sets this hotel apart is the 5th floor outside deck with a panoramic view which is used for breakfast in the morning and a possible night cap at night. What a way to start and end a day. It was beyond gorgeous and really a delightful highlight to a memorable stay in Rome. The rooms are big enough to accommodate two easily and are clean and neat. The only difficulty I encountered was that I was unable to connect to Wi-Fi but instead used the downstairs computer. Some of the rooms on the upper floors are only accessible by a short stairway which is difficult with heavy luggage. Other than that, our stay was perfect and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

We did not get information that payment by card was not accepted. The breakfast was poor, bread from yesterday, cerials too sweet. The juice was more like lemonade than fruit-juice.

Had a great experience. Our triple room was clean and bed very comfortable, including pillows. 40 inch hd tv with all the sky channels with the options to switch to English language. Filled a form with time and choices for breakfast . Arrived on time and plenty of food. ( Italian style breakfast) . Front desk nice and helpful. Near American embassy, hard rock cafe' , villa borghese park( very nice!) . Would stay there again and reccomand it to friends and family

Room was so small that we could barely walk around the bed and there were no drawers in which to put clothes. The buffet breakfast, however, was outstanding and the location very convenient. Front desk staff could be friendlier. The room was much smaller than the photo for that level of accommodation

Conveniently near the airport, Hotel Aldobrandeschi is in Rome (Aurelio), close to Villa Doria Pamphili and San Carlo di Nancy Hospital. Additional area attractions include St. Peter's Basilica and Roman Forum.

Comfort and cleanliness were fine but the location is completely out of the way. The neighborhood is sketchy and taxi rates to town and connections were outrageous!

Receptions person was great. The price was most reasonable. Location was great for the DaVinci "Roma" airport...
This hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly, which I found refreshing, compare to the previous hotel we stayed. The hotel was not conveniently located. The only way to get to the center of Rome was to take a cab or a tour bus.Once you left the hotel, the only way to return back is by cab.The area where the metro stops to get back to the hotel, […] is residential area. Finding a cab back to the hotel was a challenge. The money you save stay at this hotel is not worth it because at the end you'll be spending your money on transportation. Read more

"Hotel Aldobrandeschi-Not close to anything"
Reserved a room advertised as 6.7Km from Leonardo Da vinci Airport, turned out to be 22KM. Hotel was not near any restaurants, had to travel 8KM to find restaurant in Rome. Bathroom sink fixture was old and chrome plating was gone. Service at desk was good and breakfast was good. Not what I would consider 4 star as stated by internet advertising.

This "hotel" left a very negative impression on us. We were there only for one night but it is impossible to ignore such things as an old and worn out bathroom, a disgusting and outdated decor and cobweb on the ceiling. The breakfast buffet was scarce to say the least. The only positive aspect of our stay was that the staff was nice and friendly.

L'hotel è lungop l'Aurelia, abbstanza semplice da trovare, e si raggiunge dal centro di Roma in 5minuti. Offre parcheggio coperto e videosorvegliato incluso nel prezzo della camera. Pulito, camera in ordine e funzionale, l'unca pecca è stata la mancanza di rispetto nei confronti di una comitiva di Giapponesi, i quali hanno atteso 1 ora la navetta per […] il ristorante, il personale dell'Hotel non dava seguito alle lamentele dei turisti, privilegiando, inveve, il servizio a connazionali Italiani. Hanno di buono una convenzione con ristorante/trattoria convenzionata, che offre pranzi e cene a prezzi contenuti (menù turistici dai 10 a max 25euro) dove si mangia davvero bene. Read more
