Ashley is doing a great job on the phone and assuring even a Hotel.com registrant can get a room on the back side away from the interstate. Often times if you book through another company one don't always receive the same kindness. Got the room I needed, and the King bed their gives you a jet tub every bit as good as whirlpools in any pool area I have […] been. So a private in room whirlpool, Ashley being great with customer service, and I think his name was Bobby being most polite and helpful on check-in, I give them a perfect score. No food left at 9:30 am in the morning when breakfast is served until 10:00 am. Everything except for toast and yogurt was depleted and we did not see anyone who was checking on food or refilling. Hotel and room were clean and nearby Historic St. Charles Main Street.

Stayed here one night. Finding the entrance to the parking area was tricky- signage very small from road. The room was clean and spacious. My only complaint would be to offer 2 queen beds rather than 2 doubles. Breakfast was served until 10 am and was well attended to by staff. Will stay again if in the area.

Everything about our stay was great except for the elevator that broke down. It was making a horrible noise and made us nervous to use it. But fortunately after I mentioned it to the front desk, they had maintenance there working on it within 20 minutes. Will most definately stay there again.

The only problem with the room was the extreme coldness of the room when we arrived. I understand the reasoning behind not heating an empty room but since we had a reservation maybe they could have turned a little bit of heat on before we arrived.

This hotel is great everyone I encountered staffwise was wonderful I would recommend this hotel. My only gripe is that the hotel is a lil hard to get to with the road construction in the area. Unless you are looking for the entrance sign you just might miss it.

I like staying here on business. The morning breakfast is good and quick. A abundant amount of tv channels with HD channels and HBO. Refrig and micro in room. No mini bar. The room is comfortable & clean. The filter of ac had not been cleaned for a while, which i think this is common in hotel rooms. The staff is friendly and nice will stay again.

We traveled to St Charles for a wedding. We have just recently moved to the Missouri from Iowa. We have a dog and have not yet found anyone we feel comfortable leaving her with. the staff was very accommodating and welcomed her. it was very a very nice feeling to us to have a place that she would be welcome. We would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was nice. Clean. Breakfast area much too small, especially with parents that let their children run free and don't really parent them. The television in our room was small and an old tube television. Of course we don't stay somewhere to watch television the whole time, but when we come in at night it would be nice to have a larger flat screen […] or something nicer. Hotel is a stones throw from the Ameristar Casino and the historic cobblestone streets of St. Charles. Plenty of shopping and restaurants across the street. Imo's delivers to the hotel. (Imo's is only the best pizza on the face of the planet!) The cleanliness and maintenance get a 4 because some of the wallpaper in the room was peeling, the small television, and the toilet wouldn't flush one night. The chain was rusted and broke. I just removed the broken, rusted link and put it back together myself. No reason to call maintenance and wait on them at 10:00PM at night when it was a simple fix. The hotel couldn't have known about that, so not a huge deal, although this is the attention to detail that most places lack these days. I needed to print off our boarding passes for our flight the next day, but the business center is only open from 6:00AM-10:00PM, but I did talk the hotel clerk into letting me in at about 10:30 that night. The business center is always locked and you have to get a key from the desk which is weird and a tad inconvenient, but I was able to get in, so it worked out. All in all a good stay. Read more

The front desk staff were awesome - especially Rebecca. The ONLY thing that wasn't quite up to par, was the carpet in the room. I accidentally spilled some clean water out of our cooler onto the carpet as we were going to dinner so I threw a towel on top of it, patted on it, and left it there. The room was so spacious! The service was amazing. Both at check in and out they were extremely helpful. Breakfast was great, hot selection as well as continental usuals. Would stay here again and would recommend to all. I was just there for a night for a concert. Great location, historic St. Charles restaurants are great!

It wasn't bad, the shower was terrible and reported this to desk and the person there told us maintenance would check it out. We came back later and he told us he had looked at it and didn't get maintenance! I don't believe it. The shower never worked right, water pressure in the sink was fine.
