The EconoLodge was convenient for my return trip back home. Right on Hwy 59. This hotel is outdated, but for my one night stand purpose was adequate. I just needed a place to rest my head and feel safe. The wifi worked, the phones worked and the heater worked...That is all that mattered to me that night. Btw, I went to have a cup of decaf-none made...The office/desk person was too busy talking on the phone to prepare coffee..All three pots were empty at 8:30 in the morning...If there was not a golden arch across the street, I would have been really upset.. Will I stay here again???? Probably not...

unfortunately the pool and hottub heater was broken, drove extra 2 hours (of 10 hour driving day) to rehab broken kneecap in hottub, very disappointed, management came to room and personally apologized and gave me 4000 extra marriot points.

Simple installations but comfortable and clean. I appreciated the fridge and the microwave within the room. The only bad side was the very short shower height. It was just 5 minutes outside of Marshall, right on 59 so the location was great. However you do hear a lot of highway noise because of that.

like the fact that the linen was white....and it looked clean, bright white...not dull or dingy. clean bathroom..freindly services at the front desk...complementary cookies, water and fruit. fantastic breakfast and friendly hostess., complimentary newspaper...great experience will come again. clean dining area and carry out bags.

The room was actually just fine. The one thing that happened affected my whole stay. We were in the room until about 12 noon with a do not disturb sign on. Around noon we left, removed the sign and didn't return until after 9pm and our room had not been cleaned. We were told that the cleaning people leave before noon. Where does that happen? I don't […] like getting into an unmade bed at home and if I had known that, or seen something about that, I would have taken care of some things myself. Read more

the only thing i did not like was the older "CRT" style tv. you would think that they put a lot of time into makeing it nice. they would put better tv's in the rooms. BUT...... that in my only complant!!!!!!
