MY DAD AND I WERE GOING TO MY NIECES GRADUATION AND THIS PLACE WAS CLOSE TO THEIR HOUSE. THE STAFF WAS GREAT. THE PLACE WAS A LITTLE AGED BUT ACCEPTABLE. MY DAD AND I HAVE STAYED IN HUNDREDS OF HOTELS SO THIS WAS ADEQUATE TO US, BUT I DON'T THINK MY WIFE WOULD STAY HERE. A GOOD "TWO STAR" PLACE.

The staff was very helpful from the beginning and throughout our stay. Hotel was clean throughout and seems new. The room had a couple of small issues (shower handle broken, lamp shade discolored and cracked, etc) and bathroom door opened at an awkward angle, but overall the room was clean and in good shape. Definitely worthwhile for the price.

I woudn't call it 'unclean' but the carpets were stained and the room was dusty. The breakfast wasn't up to standard. We were looking for somewhere for three nights but stayed one night and then moved on. Not quite good enough for the money, the cheap end of the market can do just as well or sometimes better.

It was fine. The hotel was almost full and service was good. I would recommend this Comfort Inn. During our travel to Florida we stayed at several choice brand hotels. They vary in quality , service and food. I am surprised they do not have similar standards. I advise people to read tripadvisors before making a reservation.

The beds were hard and small. There was no safe in the room. Took us 3+ hours to get extra towels. The first room had a chemical smell so strong we couldn't stay in it. This hotel was very dirty. We arrived in our room and the toilet was dirty before we even used it. One day house keeping never showed up. The chair needs to be replaced, Thread barren on the arm rest and dirty looking. Corners of rug all around room very dusty. Are the maid given a crevice tool to vacuum?. The phone didn't work but was replaced, by a very nice gentleman. All in all below average rating.

Worse hotel I have stayed in yet. Filthy carpet. Didnt even want to walk on it with just socks, much less barefoot.. sink and refrig were dirty. When housekeeping cleaned room they left dirty washcloths in tub the whole time I was there. Housekeeping also left my door open for the entire day. Our room smelled very musty and moldy -- somewhat noisy because of dogs and children staying in hotel running around at all hours of the night. Third floor was extremely smokey too. Won't be coming back anytime soon. Hotel staff was friendly however.

We stayed here to watch a shuttle launch. It was a convenient distance from beaches, restaurants, and NASA. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and recommended a great restaurant for dinner.

In short this hotel is for smokers. Everything else was fine (clean, quiet and great service) but the whole place smells like ashtray. My wife and kids are asthmatics so theres no way i'll come back.

Stayed as a couple for 8 days and found this Hotel excelent for our needs. Ideal location for touring Florida. Most friendly and helpful staff. Very clean comfertable rooms and breakfast facilities that left us ready for the day. Will definately reccomend to friends and hope to stay their again.

Service minded personel, noicy compressors on the cooling machine and on the Coca Cola cooler on seccond floor (must consume a lot of unecessary electricity), limited variation at the breakfast table and cool tea water in the thermos. But for the prize a good hotel to stay in.
