The price was fantastic so I gave it a try having never stayed at a Days Inn before. I was very pleased until the morning when I went to shower and found pubic hairs in the tub. Gross!! Never again. I understand housekeeping missing something now and then, but it should NEVER be in the bathroom.

If you want a cheap hotel that takes dogs, this place is great! Awful paint choices aside, the beds are comfy, and it is clean. This place is all that you need for an economical crash pad.

Very comfortable beds, but bring your own pillows. Linens not very clean on either bed, nor was bathroom floor. Room needed a "deep" cleaning...including the coffee pot that perked coffee grounds out of it. Walls need washing in room and hallways, windows needed washing. Conveniently located though. They gave us a handicap room which I didn't mind since it was on the 1st floor, but sheets were stained and hairs allover--gross! We got new and extra sheets each night. We had a conference nearby so just needed a place to sleep that was cheap. At least they had waffles, had computer/printer and the front desk guy Baklava gave us what we needed.

They had cleaned. It was evident. But this hotel has been here for many years. Smoked many cigarettes in and was very old and musty from age. It seems to be used from mainly contractors and truckers. I wouldn't recomend for vacationers or newlyweds.

I came for a residency at the University of Minnesota. This hotel was farther then I expected, but nontheless it met my needs. The air conditioner in my room wasn't the best, but my room was comfortable.

We had to wait about 10 minutes to check in. Once in the room, I hated to walk barefoot as carpet did not feel clean. We traveled with another lady who went to shower in the morning, only to find a used washcloth and towel in her bathroom and a dime on the floor. The bathroom was obviously not cleaned. Check-in was quick and the clerk was very nice. Overall the place was clean. It was quiet except for us. The place was slightly run down and the rooms stunk, but the window helped. The rate was good and the breakfast was well stocked and had a good variety. It was a little out of the way, but no big deal.

Bus 25 to downtown Mpls stops about15-20 minute walking distance away (County Rd H x Long Lake Rd), but the frequency of the bus is one bus every 60-90 minutes, depending on the day.
