"Needs Major Improvement"

For the money, this is not a first rate hotel. I couldn't believe the amount of repairs needed for this quality Hotel chain. There was mold in pool; wallpaper in hallway peeling and coming down; there was no grounds cleaning, so ashtrays were full outdoors surrounding the hotel; there was a cup (half full of what looked like coffee) near an outdoor chair that sat there the entire stay of mine, for 5 days. The cleanliness was less than satisfactory - and I cannot imagine a hotel with the amount paid and the Hilton name being so poorly maintained. The staff was adequate, however, they did not go out of their way to be available. I will not stay at this hotel again and will not refer...and for that matter, I'm not certain I will use Hotel.com either. I was thoroughly disappointed and shocked. Had I not been locked in by the rates from Hotel.com, I would have turned my back and left just as quickly as I could from this hotel. Sincerely,

"Not quite up to snuff"

The hotel seemed tired--peeling wallpaper, spotted ceilings--and I thought it was overpriced given its condition. The shampoo was nice but I think a complimentary breakfast would have been appropriate. It was convenient to the airport.

thin walls. We heard a lot of activity in neighboring rooms that we'd rather not hear. But room was very comfortable and clean and extremely convenient to the airport.

This hotel was excellent for being near the airport but we spent a lot of cab money seeing the sights. No complaints about the hotel itself. The room was comfortable and the staff was very helpful. I would recommend it to others.

I loved this hotel. You could actually walk to the airport so I turned in my rental car early. It serves dinner inside and has a great pool and spa that was empty. Nice pillows.

We had such a nice night! the staff was very accomidating, the pool and hot tub were soooo relaxing after a very long day. I would definately recommend this hotel to families, the kids loved it!

"outstanding hotel"

The room was very nice. Sheets were soft and silky. We were impressed with the sheets- how soft and silky they were. Restaraunt was excellent!
