Nice Hotel to stop at on a driving trip from San Francisco to SoCal. Pool was heated, but not to hot for a nice swim after sitting in a car for hours. Resturant in hotel made for a one stop place.

No complaints. Was what I expected for the price and I have high expectations. Breakfast was not included but was reasonably priced and there were other included amenities like fresh water and cookies in the lobby. Staff was courteous and helpful.

Only stayed one night, but it was good enough for me. The way it could have gotten 5 stars was if there was a continental breakfast, and if the chair in the room wasn't so old looking. It looked like it hadn't had an upholstery cleaning in at least 5 years. Otherwise everything was clean and everyone was friendly.

I stayed at this hotel one week in September 2012 and two weeks in December 2012, all for business. I will be staying here every time I go to Gilroy for business (3 weeks a year)! The lobby is nice, the staff are very helpful, and the rooms are up-to-date, comfortable and large. The desk for working in the hotel is a perfect size, and has a comfortable office chair instead of a regular chair, which made my hours of work in the hotel room in the evening, bearable! Very satisfied with this hotel stay. We were there for four nights. Room clean, well-maintained, comfortable. Beds comfortable. Love the beds! Plush, thick layer of wool on top of mattress made for much comfort! I never sleep good in hotels & it was a restful night. Hotel staff very good and accommodated s with a rollaway bed for our son at no charge. It as all set up in our room when we arrived. Great hotel for the price.

They meet every need you could possibly have. They even sell wine from local wineries at the desk. The sleep number bed is very comfortable as is the ergonomic desk chair. The hotel is located close to US 101. We had requested a toddler bed a few days ahead knowing that we would be arriving late in the evening and were assured the bed would be ready in the room when we checked in. When we arrived the front desk had no record of this request so we had to wait for the staff to find one and set it up. This hotel is close to the freeway (101) but there is no noise. It is away from the hubub of town, yet only 3-4 minutes away. The staff was quite helpful and there is a great factory stores mall just minutes away. Didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. Again, very close to the elevators, but away from the rooms. We've stayed here several times over the years. The hotel is always immacualte. Rooms are quiet despite being located near the freeway. Kids love the pool, we love the close access to Gilroy Gardens and Outlet shopping. Their restaurant is very good - we eat dinner and breakfast there.

We were very pleased with our choice to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. We have three children and planned on visiting the outlets, Gilroy Gardens, and the garlic festival. The staff was friendly and very courteous. They encourages to take advantage of the ammenties the hotel offer. The location of the hotel is ideal for visiting the Monterrey Bay Aquarium. Also ideal for visits to Santa Cruz, Carmel, and San Jose. The pool was huge and the kids had a tough time keeping out of it. All in all, a great experience.

We just got back from Gilroy for a quick little getaway from the Fog of San Francisco. We took our 2 year old and our newborn down to visit the Gardens and get out of the cool SF fog. The Garden Inn was the perfect place for us. A definite step up from the cheap chain motels, but still quite reasonable. Our big double bed room gave us plenty of room […] for the kids with enough room to play on the floor and plenty of room for all our baby gear too. The room was all we hoped for: Clean, Quiet, Roomy and Comfortable. The other amenities were good too, microwave, fridge, ice, TV, adjustable beds, and great pool. Service was very professional and courteous. Location was right off the freeway and only a few minutes from the Outlets or the Gardens. We would definitely stay here again when we're down here again. We stayed one night for a little get away to Gilroy Gardens with our toddler and pitbull. Clean, good service, nice pool, up-kept room and pet friendly :) I would stay here again. Convenient location off the freeway but you can't hear the traffic.

This was my second visit. I'm overall very pleased with the experience. I gave a 4 for cleanliness because the bathroom had an unused/new soap with a broken seal. It should've been replaced even though it's new. I also gave a 4 for service because the waiters during our buffet breakfast didn't greet us until we were half way done.
