"Convenient, clean, cheerful"

Very close to Gillette Stadium, convenient to I-95 for trips into Boston, close to TPC Boston for Deutsche Bank Championship. Clean as a whistle, cheerful staff. Reasonably priced, especially for location. Ask for an interior room since it is close to I-95 and traffic noise. Good breakfast with several options each day.

This is a terrific hotel. Very close to Gillette Stadium (as well as offering a shuttle service). Reasonably priced, great rooms and very friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was very good too. We would happily stay here again.

The hotel desk woman was amazing so helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast they offered was yummy. There was a great restaurant across the street. Nice and quiet, we had a nice relaxing evening at a great price
"Comfortable and pleasant stay"

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was pretty standard for a hotel breakfast and I had no problems with the high speed internet. The room decor was modern and well kept and the room was nice and quiet. Everything was lovely and using the hotel coupon book coupon the price was reasonable for our stay.

We stayed here for my son's hockey tournament this summer. A little disappointed there was no pool, but my son did enjoy the work out room. Hot and cold breakfast was excellent. Rooms were pretty standard, though they automatically came with both a fridge and a microwave. There is a bar across the street that can be noisy at night. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful, especially Mary at the desk. She directed us to a beach so my children could see and play in the ocean. Nantasket Beach is less than an hour away and a very good choice. This hotel was very close to both the tournament rinks, as well as restaurants, a grocery store, movie theatre.
"Affordable and convenient"

After landing very late at Logan Airport, I was in need of a place to stay, instead of driving 2+ hours in the middle of the night. I called around to several properties south of Boston and this one had the best rate. It wasn't a great deal, but for a last-minute booking it was the best I could hope for. Upon arriving at the hotel, the front desk clerk was courteous and efficient. The place seems a bit outdated, but my room was incredibly clean. I didn't have the need for them, but I did appreciate the refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning unit was an older model and was pretty noisy, but it did block the highway noise effectively. The internet was easy to get on and fast. Breakfast had a great variety, and the biscuits and sausage gravy were better than expected. The staff was friendly. The hotel is quite convenient to Gillette Stadium and the Wretham outlets, and is close to I-495 and I-95. If I find myself in the area again I'll certainly give this place another look.
"there is a cancer at this hotel"

This hotel could have been a very excellent hotel to stay at but if i hadnt bid on priceline and had to contact them for a refund i would have walked it. Nazy the worker is the rudest person i have ever met and worst employee i have ever met. i had booked a last minute deal with priceline ( as i always do for most hotels i stay at) and i have always booked threw third party websites ( expedia , hotels.com etc) never in my life had i had a problem. The day that i left i contacted the hotel spoke to a man and told him about my reservation and asked for two double beds as i was coming with my father. He said no problem and was very polite. When we arrived at the hotel she did not really have a smile i went to the desk she took my name and the first thing she said oh you booked on priceline ( with a tone) I said yes than told her i had called and spoke to a gentleman about two double beds. She briefly told me that oh you booked on pricleine THERE IS NOTHING IM GOING TO DO FOR YOU. I told her again that he said it was ok and she said hes new he doesnt know anything. She told me i have a queen room for you and gave me the key. I asked again she said i can give you two double beds but it will cost you much more but i have no rooms for you today. I asked if we could change the next day she said we are sold out there is a big soccer game and no rooms. Next time dont book priceline. We went to the room and it was a small double. The bed was a bit wet and something was wrong with the fridge it sounded as if water was running and was buzzing. After logging onto the internet i looked and saw the hotel had rooms with two double beds. I went back out told her off the buzzing and the room problems and she looked at me and said so?! than i told her why does it show online you have rooms with two double beds. she told me oh someone just called and cancelled ( in the 5 minutes i was gone). I asked if the manager will be in tomorrow and she told me no she doesnt come in on weekends. i looked on priceline and it said that this hotel is known for shoving people in the hearing impaired rooms if you booked on priceline. The next day i went to the front and a sweet lady greeted me with a smile. Her name was Mary. I told her part of the story and she explained usually with priceline we dont change the room unless we have and she checked and they did have rooms empty yesterday and she said oh your staying 3 days no problem and changed us. She even came and asked if everything was good with the new room later. Very good and professional. At night we came back and Nazy was there again. The first thing she said when she saw me was did you speak to the manager ( again with a tone) i told her my room was changed and she asked if it was the manager i told her no it was Mary. She made a face and than stopped talking. On the last day i had called down and got a guy i think his name was Evan i had asked if local calls were free and he asked me about the area code he wasnt sure if that was considered local but offered to credit the call ( very proffesional ) also the wifi at this hotel was horrible. They do have desktops and a printer and scanner so that does make up for it if you need to check something up quick or dont mind being in the lobby. The guy also when i asked about the wifi appologized and said everything right. and when i checked out he was friendly and polite and made and interacted well with me. The breakfast here is good and the location wasnt bad at all. I know i gave a rating of poor and if it wasnt for the first night horrible experience this hotel would have gotten a very good. our first room was very noisy but the second room was silent and very good. the staff besides Nazy was above and beyond the food was a good rating. the new room we had was a very good room and location was good the other ratings i will give is with Nazy in mind. i have been working many years in retail and for any business let it be a store a restaurant a hotel etc is the people you have in there. yes the name helps but its the staff that makes it homie and gets people to come back.
"Great Place to Stay in Boston area"

We booked a block of rooms at the Best Western for a large family event taking place in the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and everyone from the desk staff to housekeeping were friendly and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to insure our needs were met.
"Great for a business trip"

Clean, comfortable room with necessary amenities for a business traveler. Competent, friendly staff with quick check in and check out. I would definitely stay here again. This place would work for a family also.
