"Horrible"
The room smelled so bad we could not use it until we sprayed 3 containers of odor remover and that still did not work. One of our grandchildren had a reaction to the pet smell. The hotel staff could have cared less and would not do anything to remedy this situation. The staff said I should have indicated I didn't not want a pet friendly room. Pool not heated, hot tub pump broken and green moss. Broken tiles. Well worn all around condition at hotel. Mess on floor of elevator at check-in still there when we checked out. Staff nice- blame the owner/manager. Room was OK.Genuine Expedia guest review

Didn't get maid service in my bathroom one day? Hotel in general was clean but they didn't have extra pillows and the cot for my friend was terribly uncomfortable. The room, however, when you took off the nasty comforter and put on your own pretty scarf, added flowers and candles took on a nice enough transformation....Genuine Expedia guest review
