The price was reasonable but the carpets need steam cleaning. Overall it's much nicer and cleaner than Super 8 in Chico. Wifi is only accessible in rooms near the front desk.

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were nice. The first thing I had to to do was call the front desk and have them send someone to change the bedspread. It was dirty and it was obvious. That is what will stay in my mind about the motel.

The location is just far enough from downtown areas to allow for the quiet and safe neighborhood that it is in, yet close enough to be just minutes away from any store, restaurant, service, or entertainment needed or desired. I was in town to attend a rodeo and graduation ceremony […] at the Northwest Linemans College and also found the location to be close to the school and also just minutes from the State Theatre, where the graduation ceremony was held. The room was clean, comfortable and the facility well maintained. The employees providing services here were polite, friendly, and helpful in giving directions to local services and amenities. This establishment was one of the best places my family and I have ever stayed at. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay overnight in Orville, CA. This is a very quiet and comfortable room. We stay here about 3-4 times a year. We have been satisfied with our stay every time. We did use the pool this time and it looked a little on the grey side. We still went swimming, the water was warm, but it was refreshing for the most part.

Our stay at Super 8 Motel in Oroville, CA over the weekend was wonderful. The front desk staff was so helpful in having our room ready when we arrived. The hotel offered excellent continental breakfast, coffee and tea in room, hair dryer, free wifi and access to computer and printer in the lobby to print airline boarding passes. Ice machine not working, swimming pool not available for use, was 103 degrees...... When I talked to the Desk Clerk about the issues, I was told the Owners didn't want to spend any money on repairs! I would not recomend this Hotel to any of my Friends.

the room was clean,, evening clerk friendly better rates than in Paradise, CA. Ice machine was broken for over two days.....

Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room, bathroom is a bit out dated. Sliding screen door was broken, rusty, wabbly. Lobby and hallways smelt stale. Back door was not functioning. Had to put a towel in door jam to prop open to unload/load car. I know most Americans eat breakfast like served there, but very little redeeming nutrition...

THE ROOM IS VERY LARGE AND COMFORTABLE. GREAT VALUE FOR THE PRICE POINT. STAFF WAS FRIENDLY.

The air conditioner did not work in 95 degree heat. The hotel said they had no rooms to switch me to and that the maintenance man was unavailable.
