Maid service was not noticeable. Seemed as if the owner was just making the beds. Didn't empty trash, replace coffee and cups or vacuum. Front desk help was excellent. She was very pleasant.

I only stayed one night and found the facility suitable to my needs. I like the tight courtyard arangement, like a little fort. The room had a bit of a musty scent when I checked in so I opened the window and aired it out for a while. After the airing, it was okay. Breakfast was standard for motels of this price range. No complaints.

Very comfortable room, great bed and super air con. The hotel has been recently decorated and refurbished and looks great. The pool area was clean and tidy and we enjoyed relaxing around it after a days exploring. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and attentive and the breakfast selection was both hot and cold. Would stay here again .

We were close to highway but road noise not bad inside room. Expected typical continental breakfast but was happily surprised to get sausages, eggs and make-your-own waffles as well as standard fare. Microwave and small refrigerator in room were much appreciated.

The room is very spacious. Two double bed plus a sofa bed, there is still room for a small kitchen, with frig and microwave. Swim pool, exercise room (not very big), laundry room. Very clean. we booked a queen bed room. the room is very clean. has all the good amenities like cable tv, wired internet connection, air conditioning, comfortable bed and pillows, fridge, microwave, hair dryer, hot water shower, and toilet. i saw some previous reviews saying the internet speed is slow. well, i don't think it's slow, but it's at least good if not […] great. there is also an outdoor swimming pool which is open till 10pm. if you need to print out something, you can do it at the front desk for free. also, we loved the free breakfast buffet. overall, we really enjoyed our stay. there is a big safeway and a wallgreens within 5 mins drive in case you need to buy anything. The hotel was nice, except the staff didn't look in the drawer we did and find a pair of underwear and shorts left behind from the previous guest. Also, though we didn't use the coffee maker, we found an old, moldy coffee liner in the coffee maker. These things didn't make our stay bad, the staff just need to check everything when they clean! Although there were a lot of motorcycle guests, the hotel was very quiet; rooms were very quiet. The free breakfast was super good! Family places to eat within walking distance. Easy freeway access. I recommend this motel to travelers.

Overall our experience was a good one with the staff being very helpful. Breakfast each day was pretty good as it provided both a light one or an expanded one with eggs, sausage, waffle, badels, toast and fresh fruit if one desired it. [The evening cookies were very tasty.]

We stayed at this hotel on a trip from sacramento to portland. It is right next to I5 so a good location for us. It was alright for a night but I might try a little harder to find a nice place if I was on vacation here.

The hotel is located directly off of I-5 and access to/from the freeway is very easy and quick. The rooms were clean and neat, and the free breakfast was ready to eat and filling. Had we been visiting in Roseburg (rather than simply passing through) we would have spent our entire trip lodged at the hotel. The Hotel Staff was very friendly, the location was very convienent to the sand dunes and beaches. The breakfast buffet was very good. My only complaint about the room was the location of the sink and bathroom door. If someone was at the sink and anyone wanted out of the bathroom they had to move.

We stopped in Roseburg overnight on our way to Crater Lake. We found our room to be very clean, it was a quiet location and conveniently located just off I-5. The free breakfast has plenty of options both hot and cold. Reasonably priced given all the above.

the rooms were extremely large. I was really pleased with the ability to use the hideaway bed. There were not enough towels in the room but the staff had extra on hand for me. The pool was closed which made my kids sad. overall a good experience.

Exceeded my expectations for affordable accomodations. It is in a great location, easily accessible to the freeway...yet I did not hear a single noise from the traffic. The room was larger than I had expected which allowed me to comfortably work in my room between appointments. This motel has been through several name changes since we first started staying there on our way to CA. They have constantly upgraded and have the "creature comforts" we prefer, such as proximity to a very good restaurant (Bruttke's) and a morning breakfast.

We were attending a birthday party for an old boss/friend which was 145 mile from home. the party started late in the afternoon and we didn't want to drive another 145 miles that night so we looked for a convenient hotel near te party. This hotel was 5 miles from the party and seemed very nice (see hotel rating answer). Since we stayed only over night […] and weren't at the hotel except to sleep that night things went OK. If we were staying there for any length of time the room size would have been an issue and we would have either requested another room or moved to another hotel.
