    Our family arrived at 1:30am on a Saturday night to a line of guests at the desk complaining about the extensive noise; the desk clerk didn't seem interested enough to get off of his stool. There were many kids under the age of 12 running around the hotel, in the pool and being loud in the really nicely decorated and designed lobby/breakfast area. I […] could hear the kids running on the second floor while standing in the lobby, so it wasn't just one or two cranky old folks.     No on w watches the front desk at night, there is no locked front door enabled by room key. Motel is wide open at night. Awakened at 2:40 a.m. By heavy slamming against door and yelling. Repeated and would not go away. No security camera. Bathroom floor so filthy that after getting out of shower, brushing teeth, doing har, make up noticed my feet were […] sticky. Hair on the pillow, spills on the wall (from previous guests), clogged sink, toilet that ran on, beds un-made at end of first night. Even the comment card had sticky substance all over it.
