"Shuttle rubs 9-6 only"
Hotel was not too bad, but we stayed here dye to it having a shuttle to restaurants and the T. That was a joke. The hours are idiotic! Hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Never again!

"Great place conveniently located outside Boston"
I am a runner and much to my delighted surprise, this hotel is located directly next to Blue Hills Reservation, a huge park with miles and miles of great running trails. Also an easy five minute drive from the Quincy Adams T station (cheap parking and travel into the city). The drive to the city isn't bad either, only about 20 minutes even with traffic. Great breakfast, comfiest bed in the whole world; would recommend to anyone and would stay again.

"Close to everything"
The hotel was centered perfectly to all the places we wanted to go. It is very close to a huge shopping mall and restaurant plaza. Also was very easy to get to the MBTA train station to go into Boston. Was only 20 minutes from Gillette Stadium for our concert.The only downfall to the hotel is no pool. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The free breakfast each morning was good, it just needs to stay open longer than 9:30 am. It made getting down there on time a little difficult. We would definitely consider staying here again.

"Clean, no smells at all (most hotels smell stale)"
Friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast was nice, hot, well stocked, not a very big seating area though, had to wait a while for our family to have a place to sit. It was overall a nice experience, great value for the inexpensive price.

"Perfect hotel for touring Boston!"
Initially we thought we had made a mistake, as it was in an industrial area and not much around it. But since our sole purpose was a convenient location to use the subway into Boston and to go to Cape Cod it turned out to be perfect! Great breakfast to get us started, clean rooms and fantastic staff (great job Meybel on the front desk!)...also a shuttle to the train station that was handy. Lesson learned, dont judge a book by its cover because this hotel turned out to be fantastic! Ps thanks to the Manager/Owner? For the directions back to Canada!!

"As expected, nice and clean"
Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Shuttle is offered but not during evening hours, which really would have been more helpful. Breakfast was good and room was clean. Hotel is right off the highway but not in walking distance of much.

"Chosen erroneously for the shuttle service"
I chose this particular hotel because it advertises that is has complimentary shuttle service to "select local attractions." What they do not say is that the hours during which the service is provided is extremely limited (mid-morning to afternoon/early evening) and that the "local attractions" are the nearby mall, the airport express stop, and the local T station (Quincy Adams). I ended up renting a car and regretting my decision not to stay at a different hotel. The two key cards I was issued had to be brought to the front desk every day I stayed because neither would open the door without being reactivated. The staff, however, were very friendly and accommodating and my room was comfortable and clean. So I can't say I was completely dissatisfied with my stay, but I was misled in terms of the availability of a shuttle and inconvenienced by that and the need to head back to the front desk after reaching my door every night to find that neither key provided access to the room.

We were so pleasantly surprised at the personal attention during check-in and when we opened the door to our room it was SPOTLESSLY clean. "It was not to far from where my meeting was."
All over was fair to good. We arrived late out breakfast . Bit dog earred . Other Hexpress have been a bit newer fresher in feel and price a bit more costly then was expected. Pleasant enough for the one night stay.

"surprisingly nice"
usually when you think of holiday in you think cheaper hotel than Marriott or Hyatt and not up to date. this holiday inn was very nice the lobby was completely updated the rooms were nicer than expected and the staff was very friendly. the continental breakfast was what was expected but overall it was a great start!

"Great hotel, but out of the way"
Room was clean, comfortable, and cheap; service was outstanding. My only issue was that it was very out of the way. No restaurant in the hotel and only one small one within walking distance, located in a go-kart track. To get anywhere, you either need a car or access the MBTA station which was 2 miles away. Fortunately, they had a very convenient shuttle service between the hotel and MBTA station.

"Very clean and comfortable."
We stayed here to take the train into Boston to see a Celtics game. I was under the impression we could walk to the train station, but that was not the case. We had to jump back on the highway (which was very close) and drive one more exit out. So was disappointed in that.

"Bathroom Sink in Bedroom"
I do not recommend this property. The bathroom sink was in the bedroom area and was at kitchen counter height. The refrigerator was unplugged and there was no full length mirror in the room. This property is not thinking about the woman business traveler. The only positive was the bed was comfortable.

Directions need to be much more detailed. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. I was lost on the highway the person at the desk stayed on the phone with me continually asking where I was & making sure I was driving in the correct direction. with her help I arrived at the Hotel safely & very glad to have had such a calming voice to get me there.

It lived up to all we were expecting and hoping for. We needed an overnight accomodation that would put us within a short distance of the Boston T to avoid Boston traffic. It all worked as planned with the support of the staff. We will surely be happy to use the facility when the need arises again.

I stay in a lot of hotels and this one happened to be close to my meeting.There was nothing bad about it, but offered nothing special either. I won't rush back to this particular one. I'm inclined to try something else in the are, as there are a number of other options.

"KID FRIENDLY."
WE ENJOYED THE POOL AND THE COMFORT OF OUR ROOM. WE HAD 3 ADULTS AND TWO CHILDREN AND THE ROOM WORKED FOR US . TWO ADULTS WENT TO THE RED SOX GAME AND THE COMMUTE BY T WAS EASY. WE ONLY STAYED ONE NIGHT BUT HAD A GREAT TIME.

Decent for the price. The MBTA is a short drive from the hotel. The staff set the AC to 54 degrees, so our room was freezing. The cleaning crew did not speak English, so communicating with any of them was impossible. The front desk staff were very helpful and had extra blankets to our room within a few minutes. We enjoyed a nice breakfast the first morning at the hotel, but the second morning it was very crowded. There was no seating or hot food left.

"Horrible WiFi for a Biz hotel"
Next time I choose I will pay more attention to the WiFi reviews. Off the beaten track for food/sundries but they do provide a hotel shuttle to the nearby mall. I give it a 5 out of 10, just because of the WiFi.
