The facilities were well kept and nice for this type of hotel. It's close to the highway but quiet. The entrance is somewhat difficult to find. A good deal overall.

Though a few miles from downtown, the location worked out well for us, since we had business in several parts of town. Moreover, there are many conveniences nearby, such as the Parole Town Centre, a Giant's, Panera's, etc. We also found it to be the best value in Annapolis.

Our room had a terrible odor. We heard nothing but truck noise all night. The handle fell off the toilet bowl, necessitating me having to open the lid to flush the toilet, and the power went out while I was in the shower. Hotel location was walking distance to alot of shops and restaurants. It was a quick drive to Historic Downtown or a $15 cab ride. They recommended Double T cafe for lunch and would DEFINITELY pass on that suggestion for those visiting or just passing through.

The hotel staff in the office was very helpful. We had to ask for plastic drinking cups and decaf coffee every day. Finally wrote messages in Spanish and the room service improved somewhat. The toilet ran and needed a new flap valve. Reported it when we left. Were able to fix it temporarily. The location is excellent. This hotel has seen better days, but for the price range it was good. The location was great, a bit off the highway but near shopping. The one downside was that the carpet was a bit sticky in the room, probably due to wear and shampooing.

Enjoyed it. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel is 2 minutes (backs up to) 50, so going into D.C. or other places in MD was very easy-- no time wasted getting to expressways. Good breakfast, very clean & continually re-stocked dining area.

The front desk clerk was awesome the rom was clean but we got locked out 2 nights in a row before we were able to get moved to another room and we were on the side were the highway was it was a little noisy. Tha maintence man was very polite . I would stay again the price was just right.

This location and hotel worked perfect for a good night sleep before a visit to the Annapolis Naval Acadamy. The hotel was a little hard to find as it sits behind a building the it's sign is small.

This place was not what I was expecting. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't good either. It met the bare minimum of my standards. Staff was nice enough. Spent two nights at the Best Western Annapolis for a little getaway with my husband. I was looking for a hotel close to the DC Metro and Annapolis area with free parking and a low nightly rate. Everyone I met at the hotel were extremely pleasant and helpful. I was surprised that most of the hotel is "motel" style, meaning no indoor hallways--our door […] opened just to outside. Our room was pretty small but clean with a big tv and small fridge and microwave. The bathroom left something to be desired but it seemed pretty clean too. Breakfast in the morning was nice with great muffins, bagels, pastries, cereal, coffee, etc. The surrounding area is full of shops and restaurants--we had a wonderful time at the Bow Tie Harbour movies.
